I drove 2 and a 1/2 hours to look at a car to find out that their business was by appointment only nowhere on their site on their or in the messages they sent me was I informed of this This is no way to run a business

I wish I could give 0 stars.This place is so unprofessional. I went up there to work out a deal with them after they told me too come back. I get there and the guy was so rude. Cursed me out and told me to get the f off his property and saying f you right infront of my 8 year old. He knew how much money i had and still told me to come back. Then completely went off on me. horrible business and unprofessional.

Had an agreed upon deal on used vehicle even if someone was going to buy it they agreed to call me first to put a refundable deposit on vehicle. Day before scheduled day to go up for purchase they call and said they sold it. Do not trust sales people.

Nice Family - but watch out you will get a lemon. Be warned you will get ripped off. Bought a Kia and the thing didnt even make it home. Took three months just to get a tag (I made a formal complaint with the FLHSMV just to get that) and never received a title. Now I have a car I cant drive or sell.Thanks for nothing Keiser. and Tish. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone.! They sold us a car nd when the theft lock came on after having the car for ONE DAY causing the car to not crank at all, they didnt want to get it fixed nor did they want to put us in something else until it could be fixed. He told us to put another down payment on something else. They have dozens of numbers but they stop answering calls once they know the person’s number. Just down right unprofessional and a total joke.!

One of the best car buying experiences! My husband and I went there to try and find our first car, and we drove home in our own 06 Nissan Altima! Kaiser was very up front about everything, and was more than accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and when the time comes we will definitely check there for our next car.

Do not give these people your time nor your money they are crooks and they do not have any integrity they sold me a car that was classified as a rebuilt it was not in my paperwork and is in a violation of their dealer license.Now I have to take legal action just to get some of my money back these people are deceitful they are not to be trusted

This dealership sold a Vehicle to a 16 year old with a rebuilt, now it doesnt run and it cant be insured due ti rebuilt title . Be careful buying from these Guys .

I would recommend no one to never go here this man is the con artist and took my money gave me a car that had 300 thousand miles on it then when the timing chain broke he didnt want to put me in something else so I can keep making payments to him I was paid up on my car note I didnt owe him nothing and when I try the reason with him in putting me in another car I gave him $100 thinking hes going to put me in smoking else so I can get to work and he just stole my money right out my ✋ do not buy here
