Brought my computer in for a hard drive clone and install of a new SSD. Paid extra for a liquid cleaning as they identified some liquid in areas near my electronics. One of the guys misquoted me, advised me my graphics card wasn’t working, and almost cost me 400 dollars after I felt obligated to go through with a repair. Get a call two days later saying that they didn’t try all the ports.If you’re interested in PC building I recommend you take the steps to research and do it yourself with products from Micro Center.You’ll save the money and you won’t risk misinformation.

My laptop suffered water damage from my own clumsiness. Many businesses were unwilling to work on water damage, or unsure what to do. First Class Computers gave me a very clear overview over the phone - including fair warning that it may not be fixable but what he would do to give it the best chance.When I dropped the computer off, they warned me it could be a bit, but I received a call within about 2 hours with an update, and after another 2 it was ready for pickup. They were kind and clearly passionate. They took photos inside and showed me specifically what damage there was, and went over the extra steps he took to ensure it was now working. On top of that the price was reasonable.Any future repair needs for my computer will absolutely be here.

Theyre so professional, and give you personalized help for whatever you need. They fixed my phone and helped diagnosed my computer, which had both been ruined by other repair shops. Its been a few months since they helped me set up my new computer and repaired my phone screen and both are working fantastically.

I called around twenty places in the Wayne County area, I checked out over one hundred total reviews, looked over a dozen websites, this was all about finding the best place to repair my computer.After speaking to these guys the first few times, I was very skeptical regarding price. It seemed to be much higher than other businesses quoted me, but it also seemed to be better reviewed, and of course more professional.I dropped my computer off and waited awhile for a call back, I actually called twice to check the status of my repair. After they analyzed the computer, they said they needed to do further test to determine the actual issue on the computer which in return would cost around $35 more. This was at first troublesome for me as the issue seemed to be relatively small, as the pins to the CPU was bent, but again I was fine with it as I just wanted to solve the issues so I could be on my way.After they analyzed the computer, and determined all the issues, they called and told me everything that was wrong. They informed me that trying to rebend the pins could be an issue, and it may be best to get a new one, this was again troubling for me as now I would have to fork over more money for a new CPU, but again I agreed, well after discussing what we could do, the man I was speaking too recommended buying a new computer. Now I was a Sales Manager for a sales firm for over a year, and figured they was up selling me, so far my experience was negative, but the professionalism from this company compelled me to listen and stick with them, and I overall agreed for the new computer.After more discussion, they showed me a computer I could upgrade too which was much better than my old computer, which even though my old computer was perfectly fine before it broke, I decided it would be nice and after much consideration decided to go with it.Now this story seems a bit dim as I ended up with a new computer which cost significantly more than I thought I was going to pay repairing my old one. However, again I feel like I personally received a fair price for the computer I just bought, I received excellent customer service, and it was quick and easy once the ball started moving. The only complaint I have is that I allowed them to keep my old computer so I wouldnt have to pay for the work to put in my old hard drive into the new computer. Personally, I felt like my computer was worth much more in parts than I received out of it, and my graphics card was well worth the amount of work they wouldve charged me. However again, even though that was an issue for me, I still feel happy walking out with an amazing newer computer that fits and exceeds the standards I had preset from my old computer. I wish they wouldve had better deals and promotions considering they are a small business with less recognition when compared to GeekSquad, but overall I cannot say I was left unsatisfied.Thus, my overall thoughts about this place is that I would highly recommend it if you are considering buying a newer computer, even though my thoughts may change once I play with this new computer for the first time, and if they do I will edit this review to reflect my new thoughts, but they seem to have extremely fair prices for computers and even laptops, and I would definitely recommend buying a new computer or laptop from them compared to Best Buy. However, the repair aspect of this business seems a bit pricey compared to other local repair shops, and I am disappointed that they could not repair the CPU pins which seems relatively reasonable to expect. At the end of the day though, I am happy, and overall would highly recommend this place to anybody!

Outstanding service . I brought in my tired ( custom built ) PC. They took the time to listen to my needs and suggested what i can do and offered options. I do a LOT of photo work on a daily and weekly basis and told them down time is critical. He diagnosed my PC, ordered parts and installed within the time frame agreed . Very reasonably priced, diagnosis was dead on and upgrades made it better than it ever was ! Highly recommended !

I had my first gaming PC built here, the staff was knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of things that would help me get the most out of my PC, and the price compared favorably to what it would be if I had purchased the parts myself and attempted to build it. They took their time and made sure that everything was done professionally and correctly not just to get the maximum performance out of my PC but also make sure it will last for as long as possible. I had a list of parts that I wanted, and was kept in the know about everything that was going on, from a power supply that was not going to be available that they knew of a comparable one that could be obtained quickly, to adding RGB lighting and hooking up a controller for it so I could have a visually appealing rig. This build was pretty much right on the edge of my knowledge as far as whether I could do it myself, but any and all issues they had they both made me aware of, and handled them in a fast and professional matter. Bottom line if youre serious about getting your PC built right, these are the guys you wanna go to, will recommend this company for ANYONE that is truly interested in a serious rig.

Used to have all the best used computers but recently its gone down Hill. Barely any computers at a value price. And I tried to have a monitor fixed and the price was almost as expensive as getting a new laptop and was offered no valuable alternatives from staff like in the past.

I was so excited to find a Boost Mobile by my house. Josh here took amazing care of me! He got my new phone and my blutooth all set up. He even walked me through how to use my new phone.

Ive done business with these guys a couple times and was satisfied with the service. The problem I found was they get a little too focused on what theyre doing and forget to call the customer back. Had it happen twice with one transaction.

Good place to get your computer worked on but not a place for ambitious employees.

I needed a cpu and had questions although he answered them, the price was high on a used laptop and It was ideal for me BUT he wouldnt come down on the price he said you get what you pay for I thanked him for answering my questions he said well I have somethings I need to get done I said okay and walked out and felt like I had wasted his time. I guess thats what I get for not being knowledgeable on computers.

Maybe a year ago management was different, maybe a year ago these people gave a hoot about you, but not now. Their prices are ridiculous, they are rude to a point that they actually mumble when talking and they cant fix a computer unless its just a virus, but I can do that!! These people need a new job, without customer service and where they are behind the scene. I have had all I can take!! They obviously dont care whether they have a job/business anymore so go to a place that does. Just my opinion. Id rather take a dart in the dark and throw it at a phone book then deal with these guys.

Prices are a bit more than Id like to pay. If they were in Bloomfield Hills or something then fine. Other than that, theyre great! They replaced my HDD in my Samsung All In One Desktop. They upgraded my HDD to a better brand instead of the stock one and gave me prices of all other sizes and brands compatible with my PC. Ordered new HDD without a deposit and followed up via email on daily basis. So far so good. If i have any problems in the future, they will be the guys i go to over the geek squad.

I took my laptop here to up grade my HDD to an SSD and the techs were very knowledgeable. I consider myself tech savy and what I thought was a simple swap was not indeed. The techs filled me in on myths and rumors that Ive read on the internet. Nonetheless, they all were patent with me as I asked them 1000 questions about the procedure versus what I read. I really appreciate the customer and speedy service they provided . In fact, they actually finished my computer repair in about 2 hrs. I wasnt expecting to get it back for at least a day or so. I also purchased a laptop for my fiancée that day which they gave me a stellar deal on. little do they know, theyve just gained a customer for life. Highly recommended .
