I have the exact same problem with their new hearing aids from a company called Widex. Not good. This will be my second time taking back my new left hearing aid back to them. Now during this no visit pandemic, they want ot charge me $20 just to drop off the non working left hearing and Im not even going to see my audiologist hearing doctor!!! Now thats call money hungry greedy and my MRS counselor and staff paid them all that money for me to get new hearing aids so I can keep my job and be able to hear! Now thats not good business service!!

Very dissatisfied with the new hearing aids I purchased. I feel I have been dismissed and everything is my fault as to why I am dissatisfied. Bottom line is the new hearing aids dont work, I hear better out of the old ones. I have been back several times and am not satisfied with the outcome. To much money to spend (on a fixed income) to be this unhappy. I would never recommend this office, for the purchase if hearing aids. The staff is not all that friendly either, depends on the day.
