Horrible experience store was to supposed to open at 11 a.m....its now 12:05 p.m.

This is the most useless store in America, very bad customer service and the employees are arrogants and disrespectful. I hope the management of the store do something about it. This store needs to be close ASAP.I will never come to this store again.

The staff is friendly. The woman with the short hair and the earbuds was very helpful, in particular. Awesome selection of hats. And handled my website delivery extremely well.

My go-to spot for caps the inventory is mind blowing all sports teams and all colors and styles Lids is definitely top notch
