Agree 100% with the other recent poor reviews. The customer service here is beyond bad. They do not return calls and when you go there they keep the door locked and you speak to them through the door. Mind you that is with hearing aids THAT DONT WORK and take forever to get replaced. STAY AWAY. This place is a scam and they dont care about their customers even a little.

I honestly dont know what is going on in that office since the old doctor left! The front desk woman is a sweetheart, but the new professional is the most unorganized, and when she says she will call you, she will NEVER, she avoids us. This clinic has gone down hill, I have been waiting for my mothers hearing aids for almost 5 months and all her insurance tells me is we sent communication to the clinic, ITS RIDICILOUS. DO NOT GO THERE!

1 start is too many. My mom is waiting for replacement device for 3 months now. People here are not returning calls and not following up as promised. I called 10 times un the past 3 months, but all I hear are promises to figure out what is going on and call back next week. Next week comes by and I have to call again. Stay away from this organization. Customer service does not exists there.UPDATED few days later:The woman called me the next day after this review and said that they got replacement hearing aid. I asked if she needs the other one to pair them or if they need my mom to come to test. Not at all was the answer. Guess what - devices do need to be paired to connect to the phone. And in any case, the new device does not work. So, I need to drive back to my mom, drive back to that awful business and go back. What a waste of time! So much aggravation!

The front desk staff and professional staff were professional, responsive and efficient. I would definitely return for a follow up assessment and recommendations for appropriate interventions.
