Greatest motorcycle shop in the Houston area in my book. Roland the store owner is a great guy who really cares about customers. If you need your bike fixed this is the place to go!

If I have a problem with my bike, Roland is the only guy I let work on it. Prices seem fair. They always seem to be able to work me into the rotation pretty quickly. I always recommend this place to everybody that asks.

I have contacted City Line Cycles requesting documentation regarding repair work via email, regular mail, and certified mail multiple times since December 2, 2020. They refuse to respond or acknowledge my requests.

8 months after I rode my bike in to city line I had to have it towed to another shop to be fixed. Dealing with continuous lies and excuses I had enough. 4 months in I confronted roland expressing my aggravation and his crew came to the lobby where he replied I recommend you dont raise your voice. I asked if he was threatening me. One of his mechanics said he will take the job over and I would get my bike back in a few weeks. More lies and empty promises. Im out my money and as they inventoried the box of parts i was given I find out parts are missing. After the second shop did repair my bike they found wrong parts were put on my bike. These parts had nothing to do with what i even took my bike in for to begin with. Its like they took parts off my bike to fix other bikes.

Excellent shop if you want to have your Harley go faster than your Buddies bike! Everything from mild to wild...City Line can build the bike that you have always wanted that is not only fast, but dependable. I highly recommend this shop for any engine work you may have in mind.

Great customer service above and beyond. Honest and hard workers. No price gouging very reasonable prices for parts and labor.

Front shifter arm on my 12 yr old CVO Ultra gave up the ghost.....I happen to work near the shop. I went there - and they had the part and IAN really helped out by swapping it out and getting me back on the road - Mr. Roland is really a stand up guy......THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!

Roland is a stand up individual. Ive got nothing but good things to say about him and his shop.

First off .... this review is REALThis shop is mismanaged and a rip-offCANT work on Harleys. CANT work on metric bikes. His tech is a moron. Always chooses the cheapest fix possible for him and NEVER the right fix for the customer. Have had to have other shops correct his problems because he refuses to take responsibility for his MISTAKES. If you take your bike to this FOOL, youve been WARNED!!!

I can’t speak on quality but I can say that they gave me the run around for 2 weeks just for them to tell me that they felt my project wasn’t worth their time. I Didn’t need a whole run around just to be told that.

Took my Indian in for electrical problem. Took it back two more additional times for the same problem I already paid for.They charged me all three times. They might know a lot about Harleys but nothing about Indians.

Doesnt work on scooters but called a scooter repair shop and stored my scooter until pick up.
