Horrible customer service. I scheduled an additional service of water and they never delivered it. When I called Customer Service, I asked to speak to a supervisor. Despite the fact that they said that Will would be on the phone momentarily, I waited 40 minutes on phone -- and hence I eventually hung up. Ill be reaching out to other water delivery services in the future.
I stopped my subscription because they would mess up my orders. Regardless of that, they kept charging my account. I didnt know about it until several months later I received a letter from a collection agency saying that I owe Hinckley Springs money and that they gave it to collectors.Terrible business. I wish someone has the time and money to sue them.
I left empty 7bottles for return I ordered only 2 they left me 7 full .... They don’t wanna take it back so I had all in my kitchen for 3 months.....
Worst customer service ever I changed my credit card and they sent it to collection company without noticed me then they told me that I can’t be their customer anymore poor service.
