Extremely good staff, super courteous and fast. One time I walked up to the door 30 minutes before they opened and a gentleman came to the door and helped me ship my parcel, you dont see that every day! Every time Im here they are super friendly to me, any time I have a question they are able to help. Top notch!

This place has garbage customer service. I should have stopped going here but they are so close to my house. I tried to return an Amazon package and they refused to package the item because they said I had the wrong code. However, my app clearly stated that they would be responsible for packing and shipping at no cost to me. When I asked what to do the incredibly rude kid behind the counter told me to, go home and find some packing supplies. From the looks of these reviews Im clearly not the only one whos had problems.

Terrible service!! Did not deliver a package to Chicago. It took them two weeks to return it to me. Would not give me a refund. Took NO responsibility for non delivery.

The staff there always make you rush. They dont pay attention to your questions or needs. On 12/30/19 I went to Deerfield IL store#4005 to drop off my package that needed to be returned to the merchant.The older guy took my package and sent it in a consolidated large box eventhough my package had a return label on. So, package is now missing. Didnt make it to the return destination. I went back for explanation as to where is my package, I was told that it was included in a large consolidated box and therefore I need to take it up with Amazon. He didnt even take the accountability for making a mistake by send the package in consolidated large box in the first place. It should have been sent separately since it has its own return label. Unbelievable!! Never going there again..

Didn’t have receipt and would not take back boxes. I had bank statement as proof of purchase at their store and no return. The boxes were on perfect shape and only purchased 2 days ago. These 2 punks have some serious attitude. They called the cops and 2 squad cars came out. Glad my tax $$ are working so hard for me

I went in to mail some packages and not only were they the most helpful crew I have ever encountered in my experiences with UPS and/or FedEx, Armando even helped carry in packages from my car. He was polite and very professional. I hope the owner sees the talents of this crew and treats them accordingly. Thanks guys!

Came in and these guys got me in and out in A very ltimely fashion. Great attitudes great smile. I wish I knew the name of the young man that assisted me. All in all, great service!

Fast, friendly, efficient - no hassle - good shop.

The staff with a beard(however he is young) there is always rude and impatient. We used them as a drop off location for our pre-printed UPS parcels and I believe the store got paid for every parcel by UPS dropped off there, however his attitude made me think he is doing me a favor by letting me drop off these parcels. There are a few other UPS stores in the area within 5 mile radius that could do the same thing like the one in riverwoods or highland park or northbrook. Hopefully the owner of the store could see this and make some improvements.This is a follow-up on the review: The store owner obviously decided in a reverse direction rather than making any necessary improvement, he now instructed all staffs in the UPS store to refuse giving receipts for UPS parcels dropped off there.( I Believe this is also against UPS franchise agreement with the corporate, i may bring this up in my next meeting with my account manager if this hits my mind.). This will inevitably reduce the NOI for this store and eventually drag down the price of the business if he plans to sell it in the future. Not my problem if the owner decides to work against money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Read recent views here and YELP, you will know the problem in this store.
