Wow. I called them just this Saturday morning to see how late they were open and the guy on the phone asked how much money I was gonna be spending. He then said if Im only buying a data cable or something then that would basically determine how long he would be there. Then he said come on man it was a joke. Seriously??? I will NOT be spending a penny in your business! I was coming in to buy a mid grade laptop.

He deleted programs off my husband tower which was never agreed upon to do. He told my husband he would run a diagnostic test and that was it. No one ever told him to Uninstall anything and re-install anything.False you never called my husband and asked him anything about installing windows. Windows was already installed on there when he got the computer. I can post his call log for proof. Its not right for you to do things that was not approved. He asked for a diagnostic test only.

Called in the Morning to have my computer looked at. I was able to take it to them that day. I was running on windows 7 they cleaned it up and added everything to get my computer up to speed. Very friendly people. They walked me through everything as I was concerned we wouldnt be able to maneuver through it ourselves. I was home with my computer the same day.

As a professional software engineer, I can say that the gentlemen who work here are extremely knowledgeable, and very ethical! They won’t sell you something they don’t need. I enquired about something that I wasn’t sure if I needed, and they told me I didn’t really need it.A lesser store would’ve sold it to me anyway, but this is an honest store, and they have seriously good brand name products. I had a unique issue with propitiatory hardware. Though we were not able to resolve my issue the staff was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. The shop was also very professional. I also did not have to talk over annoying music or with staff half my age to get a strait answer. I have been in many computer repair shops that felt like a gaming hub for children, so it was nice to communicate with actual adults in a respectful environment.

BUYER BEWARE!! Replaced part and did not fix problem. I was told part was sent back and I would be refunded. I never got a refund. Employee tells me one thing owner tells me another. I was cheated out of $100. These people are not organized or honest. I simply wanted my $ back for the returned part (as I was told would happen) and owner refused. This is stealing and I will never bring anything there again.

They gave me trade in credit for an older laptop and sold me a super fast Toshiba model, transferred all my old files from my other laptop. Im not sure if these reviews are faked or not but Im telling you right now the prices are NOT reasonable. I had a tablet that I bought for 60 dollars around Christmas time (brand new from walmart) a couple weeks ago I noticed the charging port was going bad. I wanted the charging port to be changed, and they estimated me just for the part and changing it to be 150, then mentioned that the screws were small so that would cost extra as well. I decided not to have them do the work obviously because ill either find someone else to do it for cheaper or just buy a whole new one. They then tried getting me to leave it there for them to throw away, no thanks. They were probably going to fix it and then end up making money off of it. Pathetic.

I have made several trips to the store. The first was questions to see if they could fix my problem. The technician spent a lot of time with me explaining all the different choices I had, the costs and what else could be going on. I returned to have the computer repaired and another replaced. Dale was again very very courteous and patient as I am not wise about computers and asked a lot of dumb question. He figured out what I was talking about and what would best suit my needs and again gave me different options and costs. He asked me what I would be using my computer for long term which also made a difference on what product I needed. Everything he fixed for me was right the first time! I have gone back to increase my computer speed and capability to handle the larger files I am now using and again Dale was quick and thorough. He also he fixes my business computers and they deal with another employee other than myself. Same Great Service. I was referred to Best Price by another person. I recommend Best Price Computers. The personnel know what they are doing and I am always amazed at how quick the repair is done.

CROOK. Took my computer to get fixed and got conned into a junk computer 4 years older than mine was told how much greater it was than mine kept getting the run around. Took the junk I bought from him to a real computer store and they said that the copy of windows that Dale installed was a bootleg copy and wasn’t even legal. BEST PRICE JOKE. CROOK

This business owner Dale is a SCAMMER...purchased a 100% working item from me on eBay, held it for a month, then said it didnt work. He stopped payment on his transaction and kept the working part that he purchased from me. I would NEVER do business with this person again. SCAMMER.
