Have had awesome experience with this particular location. Marcus goes above and Beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of and was extremely understanding when we had a rough time with career switch but he also knows we keep our word when we say something. He is easy to talk with and really knows what he is doing. Thank you Marcus keep up the good work with your team😊

Always no hastle and no surprises they could improve on delivery and professionalism for some employees but the guy that deliver go above and beyond if something is wrong.

More like scam a center. Had a death in our family the on Thanksgiving day! Also there a pandemic going on. You would think they would be more willing to work with people if they cant make there payment on time. Ive been paying off a nintendo switch since last year at Christmas time. Ive now paid over 1200 for a switch tht cost 700. Customer service is horrible there no understand at all to help out there clients when it comes to late payments. I pay 120 dollars a month faithfully an on time u think the one time i cant make a payment due to a death in the family they would understand but no they dont care an I hope they go out of business. I pray my review reaches the higher up so they can deal with Del City rent a center

So disappointed... whatever you do dont ever do auto pay...asked if I was no longer enrolled,.good thing I checked because I stopped auto pay myself😠... especially if your item is paid off just to get charged plus $5 late fee (good luck on a refund). Now my account says I still owe! Wont get another dime from me. First and last time doing rent to own..too bad no zero star option. Will make my complaint with BBB.

Awsome place

Gave me a broken tv that won’t come on after my original one was broken. It took them 3 months to replace it originally and won’t give me a working tv, even though I am paying for benefits plus

Dont rent from here. Went yesterday to get a computer. They said could walk out the door for 15 dollars yesterday. That was a lie. When I got to the store asked agian on the 15.00 deal. Manager said yes. Then when it came to paying and signing papers it came to like 26 dollars. They lied twice about the 15.00 dollar deal. Its a scam dont below e them

The people are fine its just the products. They have roaches and be careful they switch out without u knowing if they have to fix something. Roaches in 4 refrigerators I tried to get.. Id rate a 0 just couldnt so I put one😂

Very reasonable and great customer service

Everything was going ok until the end when you get almost payed off they keep adding more money to your balance! One week I had 110 dollars roughly left on my account the next week it was 70 something and now a week later its 480 dollars left on the balance with $153 early pay off! Its a scam to keep getting money! We were about to get a washer and dryer through them until they did this they just lost our business! And to top it off they are refusing to show us a copy of the original contract we signed which shows the total pay off cause it will show that they over charged us for this last 13 months we have been paying on our stuff! Do not go through rent a center unless you want to get cheated!

Horrible customer service they gave me a washer and dryer that were broken then bring a loaner that was dirty and gross never again will i go thru them its a shame since i have baught so many things from them in California now i move to Oklahoma and all they do is sell used dirty things

My husband and I was going to rent a TV here until they overcharged us for one that was not only broken and didnt get the cord, we had to borrow one from a friend. Poor enviorment, poor customer service.
