I was met by the service provider when I pulled up and he provided me an accurate time estimate and discussed recommended services with me. He easily scheduled another appointment for these additional services. He was extremely friendly and helpful.
Service at this location is absolutely amazing very friendly helpful Service staff to walk you through every step of the process, fastest team to get anything fixed within reasonable times. Everyone knows Sales are about selling cars and making money, but with this location they really try to bend over backwards to get you the best deal for you, not them, but the customer, I could name several sales people to refer you too but they always no matter who is working on your next vehicle treat you like family with respect and know your time is very valuable and worth getting you the best deal in OKC!!!

My experience was great! Everyone I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. I even got a car wash and vacuum out of it. Only thing I would recommend that wouldve made this experience even better is improving the communication. I dropped off my car on a Tues night and never heard from anyone to tell me what issues were discovered or how long I can expect the repairs to take. I had to call three days later to get an update.
The staff, from salesman to manager to finances, all made the process very smooth and quick. I was treated with respect and kindness, which I really appreciate.

Just purchased a new car and Colton Toth was a great salesman! He helped us program the dash, set the personal options and connect our phones. Going through the whole process of credit and trade-in took less than 2 hours, so that made it pretty easy. Well definitely go there again. The car selections are better than other dealers weve used in the past.

Even after the terrible experience I had the last time I bought a vehicle from Orr, since we had already bought 6 cars from them, I decided to give them a try before going to another dealer. I wanted out of the brand new 2021 vehicle I bought 4 months ago so I went in and talked to Mary Keen. I told her exactly what I wanted and didnt get anything I asked for! I said no white vehicles, I got a white vehicle! I said it has to have keyless entry, it does not. I said I wanted to lower my payments, it went down $10. I got out of the 2021 and into a 2018 Nissan Frontier!!! Now you would think that was a terrible experience because I didnt get anything I asked for, and I didnt get a new car, but it was great!!! Mary did not push me or pressure me. When the truck came up in conversation, she went to her boss to try to get the deal done. It didnt work out that night and I walked away, but Mary said she would keep working on it and the next day she called me and offered me a deal I could live with. I got the truck Ive been wanting for years and I am ecstatic! The best experience Ive had at Orr Nissan East was with female salespeople and Mary specifically. Im not saying dont deal with the men, but Mary is definitely who you want to work with! Thank you Mary!!!!!!
After going through a couple of dealerships with greedy a-holes and poor kids who didn’t know what they were doing, we went to this one not really expecting to buy, mostlyJust to browse and see what they had, ended up not only test driving but by the end of the day driving off the lot with a brand new Kicks. The employees are very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles whileAlso being empathetic and listen to what we have to say as well as any concerns we might have. Our saleswoman, Krissy, knew a lot about the vehicles and was very informed about all the features, bells and whistles of the vehicle we bought. Definitely would by from them again, and also would recommend for anyone in the great state of Oklahoma.

My first experience buying a car with Orr Nissan East was pleasant, however the 2nd time around was not pleasant at all. I was sold a car that already had problems, but when I brought it in to get fixed they suggested that everything was working fine when they sold it to me (I had to pay out of pocket to get the car fixed). I didnt even have the car for a month yet. I was really disappointed in the service center as well, their communication is terrible, they will have your car for days with no updates, time frame on repairs or anything. I suggest you buy a car elsewhere

Run away! These people ripped us off in the service department. Took them a running truck that needed the brakes fixed. Three weeks later ii get the truck back, and its overheating and the last cylinder has no compression. Thanks alot Orr Nissan! You people should be ashamed to work there!

The sales rep did an excellent job. She was honest and upfront with me the entire time. Additionally, she was not pushy and had a great overall demeanor. The finance manager was also professional and made us feel at ease.
The service tech had my battery checked, and although results werent 100% conclusive, he swapped out my battery with a new one since the Armada was still in warranty. I so much appreciated that. Further, I showed up at 4:30 in the afternoon, and had an appointment at 6pm. They made sure they got me out in time to make that appointment. It was one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a car dealership!

Every experience Ive had with Orr Nissan East Maintenance has been exemplary. This time around Jacob was kind, helpful, and gave it to me straight. I came in for a routine oil change (most economical by going to the dealer) and he didnt try to push anything on me, but merely recommended that I should think about doing the transmission check-up soon. Dave in finance was very kind as well when I told him that I lost the paperwork on my warrantee and he immediate found my information and gave me a printout. A+ all around.

Dropped truck off for service at Orr Nissan East received text less that a hour later that truck was ready to be picked up.I was having a electrical/battery issue about 2 months ago, dropped truck off and all repairs were done under warranty. They also updated the Firmware, which was 4 updates behind.The dealership I bought the truck at was also where I had been taking it for services. That dealership decided that the Firmware updates where not important or the Tect was just lazy. Either way, they lost my business and Orr Nissan East has a new customer.

Just avoid this place at all costs. They sold me and my husband a lemon did nothing to fix it up before hand. They didnt even air up the tire correctly no bub light no inspections of any sort. Fyi for anyone who reads this it was a ford focus they sold us and they basic played it off like it was a great car. Also if i could pick there worst employee it would be Bret and his wife the con artists that sold us this car that nearly got us killed. I hope this place shuts down and the all lose there jobs.

Went in to have my oil changes and tires rotates. They recommend that I get my battery serviced so I did. Got home later they day and vehicle would not start. Has to jump it to get it started whichever I never has to do before. Called back up there and told them. They told me to brink it back so they could look at it and I did. They said must be a dead cell in the battery but because I did as recommend they gave me a new battery. I was shocked and elated at the same time. Love that kind of customer service.

OUTSTANDING! Let me preface this post by saying that I am a retired Marine and have high expectations when it comes to customer service, and when it came to my experience with ORR Nissan East, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Walking through the door the receptionist had a big smile and was welcoming. I then met a young man named Sager McCrary, who was the sales agent I worked with. BEST sales agent I have ever experienced. His concern and attention was solely with me as a customer. He was personable, honest, and friendly, which are the hallmark of a professional. I would recommend Sager to anyone in the process of buying a new car, especially military and veterans! I then worked directly with the sales manager (I apologize but I cannot remember his name) and told him the price that I was comfortable with and we worked together to get to a point that pleased us both FAST! It wasnt a long drawn out process and there were no secrets or hidden fees. Upfront and Honest! I then dealt with Austin in finance, and again the service was above reproach. He then asked if there was anything else he could do to make my experience better and I just asked if there was any way I could get additional tint added to my windows and he made it happen. The service department had a young lady working at the counter who was super friendly and great to work with! When dropping my car off for the tint work I was greeted by Sager with keys to a loaner, which was him going above and beyond even after the sale. The process was quick and hassle free. Needless to say, my experience was second to none and I WILL be purchasing from Orr Nissan East again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
