Went inside for three things and came out with 20 or more. I cannot understand why there are 20 check out lanes and only ever 2 or three open. Other than that fully stocked. Love it.

Got asked on my way out to show my receipt for a 20 dollar toy, small 20 dollar toy like I was stealing it with the receipt in my hand and the customer service rep was in eye shot of me paying for it. For big high dollar items I can understand this but treating me like a thief for a 20 dollar toy that she saw me pay for makes me not want to ever shop at this location again. I use to work at Walmart and know the item I had didnt warrant asking for my receipt. I wont be returning to this location

Walmarts version of shaved cold cuts. Three times I stressed shaved. Even preemptively said please and thank you. This is what I got.

Mamy in the money center is absolutely the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with she could not understand how to do her job so they called a lady named Trudy to the money center yo assist and the mamy lady started yelling across the money center and I am told by Trudy I do not need to escalate the situation because I told her to get some costumer service skills and stop yelling at me. Someone should really do something about these ignorant associates they have.

I was pleased with the automotive dept. We needed an oil change before leaving for a long road trip, they got us in and out quickly and the price was right. Courteous employees too!

The tire department buffed my headlights. Broke one of them while buffing. Changed my oil, and didnt put a sticker on it. So did they actually changed it. Tested it and NOPE. Trashy.

Literally the worst Walmart I’ve been to in the country. Every. Single. Time. I come in and I spend more time in line than shopping. I’d say it’s a lack of employees like everywhere else but JEEZUS. we need self checkout and only two cashiers?? In what world ? I feel bad because the employees struggle the whole time I’m there and seem like they hate their lives. Every time I go, myself and every other shopper talks about how it’s EVERY DAY AT ALL TIMES OF DAY, forever a problem. Someone needs to be a better manager or do something !

Had to wait in line at cash register SO LONG that my ice cream melted. I had too many items to use the self-service register. Also they were Totally out of smaller size paper plates-both the Dixie and generic brands. Del City Oklahoma

There are no registers that accept cash except for one registers. They took all those jobs away from real people and replace them with self check outs, only to not have everyone unable to use them. I will never, ever, ever go to Walmart again until this is stopped ✋. I am also going to tell everyone I know to stop ✋going there.

Was buying some baby milk storage bottles that cost $4.88 for some reason they were locked in a cabinet. Took for ever to find help and then they did not have the key. They left to find the key, about 3 minutes later they show back up with a guy that says I dont know if I have it and he tries a couple of keys and success. Then I am informed that a Walmart has to carry the items to the front because they had been locked in a cabinet. I understand the items that were $200 and above in the same cabinet, but $4.88 baby bottles?! Then she took them to the self checkout line so I could ring them up.What should have been a quick shopping trip took about 25 minutes, so glad I only occasionally shop at this store.

Look how about have some self checkouts that take cash. I wanted one thing and just ended up leaving it. Every actual line had like 10 carts in it. Now I remember why I never go here.

I parked close to the flower dept,I had just come from. The Dr. with a very sore and swollen hand. I needed something for pain.Got up to the doors, the person waved me to go to the front of the store. Did that, got what I meeded, then went back to the flower depot. to check out.they wouldnt check me out! Had to go to the front of the store again! Why didnt they just put a sign on the door! Not enough checkers, long lines and hateful people! Wont be going back!!!

I do enjoy shopping at this location however for the amount of customers it receives they really need more self checkouts opened at all times or more cashiers.

I went to a self check register. At Walmart on 15thand sooner. Scanned my 3 items. I was then told cash only. I picked up my items and moved to the next open register and rand my items throught. When it said my total they also said no cash payment. Card only. I truly detest going to Walmart at all

Im 60 and standing in line with health issues could cause a problem cause workers will not work. 15 people in one line and workers and managers just watching!! This place is a zoo! They are extremely busy and check out lines are few and far between unless you want to check yourself out, which of course you cant if you have any special needs such as tax exempt or other issues. The staff is not the most friendly if you can get them to not run, when you say excuse me... The store is okay, but not the cleanest Walmart I have been in. This store is okay if you want to run in and get what you need, but hopefully you wont need help and not in a hurry to check out. Good luck!

I only took off one star because I wasnt offered any help loading bags of mulch and soil into my vehicle. Not that I would have accepted but the offer would have been noted and appreciated. Other than that the team members seemed to be friendly and helpful and the store was clean and organized.

This store is chaos. Stocking during the day, children opening fake blood and dipping fingers in with no parents in sight and employees just ignore it. Dirty and feels pretty unsafe. Annoying sales people who are way to pushy in the main isle by electronics. Very annoying.

This place was super crowded, to many ppl without mask, they had the wrong sticker on an item I bought and I felt embarrassed when the lady at the door seen it and politely walked me back to customer service. It was handled well but not my fault the wrong sticker was on the item. SMH.

I have tried going to this Walmart twice now at different times of the day. I was in the sporting goods section trying to make a purchase and each time that I asked for an associate to come help me no one ever came. When somebody finally did come with me after I tracked them down talking to fellow workers, they said they didnt have the keys to unlock the window and they need to go look for them. Ill wait in another 20 minutes and the employee never returned. All in all Ive waited almost 2 hours for an employee to come help me and I was never helped. These are common experiences at Walmarts in general but this one especially. Never enough staff and the staff that are there, are incompetent.

I rarely ever have a good experience at this store. IF you can get someone to the paint department, n thats a big if, it takes a minimum of 30 minutes and 3 intercom pages to get them there. And after waiting all that time, they probably wont have the base you need for the color you want. If you are looking for something specific in other departments, its probably conveniently out of stock at the moment. And heaven forbid you dare to interrupt an employee to ask. So sorry I was rude enough to interrupt your texting at work. How dare me! I totally deserve that pushy attitude I just got from you! If this wasnt the only store within like 20 minutes from my home Id never go there.

Walmart is forever plagued with long lines and not enough checkers...I usually self check out or checkout in other depts for this reason. Its always a hit and miss. Especially on curtains. The curtains there are $16+ for a 2panel(blackouts), nowadays you can get a 4panel blackout for $14 at Family dollar. So hit and miss. Plus when online shopping, Walmart never seems to have the accurate availability displayed.

I went there twice in the past three days, all with the intention of purchasing some rifle ammunition. On the first day, I had the ammo desk person paged twice. Twenty minutes later, still nobody to access and sell me the ammo. So, I left. I went back there today for another 15 minutes, only to be told that they dont know where the key is and that I should consider returning in about an hour and a half. Guess you can see how this might be upsetting to me. If you want ammo, guns, knifes, etc., go somewhere else.

There was no one work in electronic and no one will to help you they just didnt care so i went to Target and they was glad to help so i will be shop at Target for my electronic for now on buy Wal-Mart

Its Walmart. Home of where we cant be bothering to have staff for the registers. But they do have self checkout. And if you have an item that is to big for the provided bags they will accuse you of theft if you decline to show your recipt.

I went in with just a small list of items to pick up. Of course, its going to be hard to find a parking spot.. its Walmart! First, there was no door greeter when we walked in and I had 2 pair of jeans to exchange (because my husband is picky and ONLY likes a certain type of Wrangler) so we went straight to customer service..it was nice to not have to wait in a line! They took the jeans quickly and we went shopping. It looked pretty clean inside. I had to fight myself past all those yellow clearance signs..my husband was with me so I had to be good. We couldnt find the olden Wrangler jeans my husband wanted (which they probably dont sell anymore) so he picked out some boot cut Rustler. Then off to get dress shoes for me, which I found almost the whole row bare. So many hooks and the few dress shoes they did have were mangled in a big mess. I found 1 in my size and thought theyd have to work but I wasnt too thrilled about the pointed toes and all the stud work. So okay, off to get my daughter a dress shirt then a few more items and we were ready to go. I hadnt seen any employees while shopping but saw a lot of them up front.. really, I wasnt paying too much attention. I did notice they have a Subway inside, nail salon, bank, ATM and game room. We decided to check out at customer service because as like most of the stores, theres only 2 registers open and they were filled with lines of people and self checkout was just as busy. Again, no line at the customer service desks. There were two ladies working and they were right onto the return, they seemed so happy to help. I had to pull out my wallet to retrieve the card I used to buy the first set of jeans and I believe I left my wallet there. Of course, this Walmart doesnt stay open for 24 hours, so Ill have to go back there tomorrow morning. I will also be bringing back the pointy dress shoes in my size that after trying on are too big. This store seemed stocked on everything else, besides all the shoes...came back right at 6am, the greeter at the door was awesome, she was full of energy, dancing and hugging co workers. Customer Service opens at 7am so we did a little more shopping and they HAD MY WALLET!!! Thank you Jesus! The morning staff are all cheery and full of smiles just like I like to see.

Every time I step foot into this specific Walmart, it seems that I always run into someone I know 😅Anyways, when I lived in OklahomaThis was the grocery store I ALWAYS went to. Not sure if it was because the location, which was perfect. Im sure the owner knew that before building this.This place really has all the essential things you need for whatever it is. 👍If you have trouble finding anything, most likely you will have to ask the employees. It seems now a days employees never ask if the customer needs anything anymore.They also have a garden and auto center.The auto Center is not too bad. If youre an understanding and VERY patient person.Ive done oil and tire changes with themIf I ever come back to Oklahoma this is the walmart I will be back at for anything.

This store is ridiculous! If you arent prepared to carry all your groceries until check out. Then dont go here. There were no carts, scorching outside! I was waiting to ask the front chubby caucasian greeter(health administer)(lol). While another caucasian worker came up to ask if he had watched a certain TV show. No, I hadnt seen that,(he replied), so I ask well have you seen any baskets? Mam, I only have 1 worker until 330. Its was 2 or so. Then when I walk through store to pu a very few items, I saw multiple workers just standing around. Ive worked retail grocery and wholesale. Give me a break you only have 1until 330!!! I asked to speak to manager she walked right past me and left. Ask Santa, ya know the front greeter who is always nice!!! While standing there waiting another shopper came in asking about baskets. Mind you this was after Id finished shopping and was exiting another door. Hmm, same problem at alternate entrance. Dont even get me started on your checkout! You had hundreds of shoppers trying to get necessities. But having to carry your groceries the whole way??? Not me, Im too old for that! I order regularly but come in for my moms groceries, this day it was both. Please for the love of God, hire more help and dont make your customers help your bottom line by checking themselves out. Or well stand in one lane in your store and all others in Oklahoma like in Louisiana. You know make one cashier (associate) check us all out! Bc this isnt new its one cashier working and half of self check out down or not open except for credit customers. Walmart youre on NOTICE! Everyone has been to a Walmart supercenter, so what do I write.Prices are competitive. Everything you need under one roof. Large selection. Air conditioning works great. Store layout is basically the same at all stores. This makes it easier to find what you are looking for.Store is clean. Produce is fresh and large variety. Employees that I encountered were pleasant. Most customers were nice and respectful. The drivers I observed were patient and courteous at the entrances.Only two negatives on this store reflects customers more than the store.Cosmetics were locked up and serviced by their own cashier. My guess would be large number of women shoplifters.Parking lot is full of idiot drivers except for store entrances. Red Volkswagen bug you know who I am talking about. Stop signs are not suggestions or put there to slow others down so you can do as you please.

I dont go to this one normally, I just happened to be on that side of town so my mother-in-law and I stopped in. As we was leaving I told her that from now on we will be sticking to the one closest to our home. There was to many things that went on at this particular Walmart that just didnt sit well.

Great prices. Good quality. But when I wanted to return an item, turns out the employee who does that didnt show up to work and they dont know if tomorrow shell be in either. When I asked (very politely!) To speak to a supervisor because it makes no sense that in a nation wide chain, there will be no customer service during work hours because one girl didnt show up, there must be a back up, Keith, the team lead, told me I cannot speak to a supervisor because he called in today too. I can either leave or he will call security to escort me out (I never raised my voice or got angry, there was no call for that at all) I tried adjuvant another employee to call a supervisor but Keith said that he already called security for me.Bad experience. But planning to go back there any time soon. Ill try to return my items at a different Walmart

I always hate going to Walmart. I dont know who decided it was a good idea to have self checkouts and no cashiers, but the need to be shot. Open the damn registers, and self check outs should not be closed except for maintenance!!

Avoid if Possible!!!! Tterrible location even for a walmart. The eldest and slowest attend the electronics with the only key. Bathrooms are ALWAYS FILTHY. Many basic needs are behind lock and key. Body wash formula tooth brushes. You cant get em unless you use the one lane the designate. There is no marking but you are supposed to Hu t down and directly ask each different department head to unlock or gather said items.It is not worth the savings. Just drive to another walmart!!!!

I do not work at walmart so I do not wish to check my own groceries out. So as I wait 45 min in a line for the only cashier they have open I get to the front just to again for the 4th week be told they dont have my smokes in stock. Great waste of time

Ive had mostly great experiences shopping here and from using the grocery app. Most employees seem nice and friendly in the morning. Most orders from the mobile app also went great. The only issue Ive had is with Customer Service. They just put me on hold indefinitely or hang up after putting me on hold for ten-ish minutes.
