Being a type 2 diabetic they were extremely through and very informative. The Dr. even gave me information I was not aware of to do with my health. The lady with my eyeglasses was wonderful! She made sure I knew all about what my insurance covers and what they offer and we so helpful in picking my glasses and the information on the lenses. From the moment I walked in the staff was amazing! The receptionist was very sweet and helped me check in for my appointment. Dr. Blue was great too, he say with me after my exam and went over every detail and was so personable and friendly. Even the tech that did my before exam to get me ready was sweet. Then you had Jake who helped pick out my eyeglasses and explain my insurance coverage to me and my husband. Plus he was fun to talk with also. My whole experience was perfect and easy!

I saw Dr Cox today for the first time. She was great, probably the best eye dr. I’ve ever seen. 1st she blinded me with a light then stuck her finger in my eye.. all with great reason. She didn’t push glasses, she communicated, she was very polite and willing to do some research. The rest of the staff very friendly. I love the texting, it makes scheduling easier. Dr. Cox is amazing with pediatric patients. She is always willing to go the extra mile to complete the exam with a wriggly two year old or a curious 6 month old. She includes the sibling in the exam so they arent disruptive.Love that they have a small place for kiddos to play while waiting. The only thing that could be better is true pediatric room that is a fun color. Maybe with letters, shapes, and numbers on the wall.

My name is Sydney. My experiences are always very nice at this place. Everyone at the clinic is so kind and patient. They are always very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait very long at all, and even when selecting my new glasses after I had been seen by Dr Blue, it was a very quick and easy process. I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest, and was happy with the decision I made with the help of the staff.

They did a great job with my over excited 5 year old. Everyone was very helpful.

The office staff is terrific- however, the appointment with the optimist was very disappointing. A quick zoom meeting and the Dr. Shuts the screen off abruptly, not allowing me to ask questions about my visual health. He didnt prescribe glasses. As the office staff explained, I couldnt read a bottom row of letters and my formerly removed cataract was growing back. As it turns out, this was misleading information and I was fitted with a great prescription from a different provider.

Dr. Cox, her assistant and the front office staff are amazing!! Dr. Cox helped me find contacts for my A-type personality. The current staff that helps with the adjustment may need a little training. I came in months after getting my glasses to have them adjusted due to them falling off my face. The first time I went, the young lady helped me immediately and fitted them perfectly however, I had to go back again due to the metal on the frame that sits on the bridge of my nose was digging into my skin. The young gentlemen that helped me made an adjustment but when I told him the arms of my glasses were off because they werent sitting flat on the table, he said they dont always sit flat. But the other lady that was there for years used to know how to adjust them to make sure my glasses were straight and sat straight on my face. I left giving him the benefit of the doubt and not even 2 hours later, my glasses were digging into the skin on the nose bridge again. Instead of me driving from Moore to Del City a third time, I went to another eye glass vendor, which I wont name, and they fixed them and I havent had any problem.

I was cared for in a very timely manner. My visit was not stressful and over very quickly. I will continue to see Vision Source Del City for all my vision needs.

Ive been seeing Dr. Blue at this location since opening and I have no complaints. My appointments are on time and the staff are helpful, friendly, and more than willing to go out of their way to make your visit/exam pleasant. The Gold Vision plan helps immensely with costs and exam fees if you dont have vision insurance and rather pay small monthly payments. If I need something, I can text and can get an answer back quickly. I send my entire family here and dont regret it.

Ive been going to this place for years since they accept my health insurance. Ive had positive experiences in the past, but recently I didnt enjoy it.I didnt get to see my regular doctor because the staff said that she had to leave. My regular doctor rescheduled me to next month, but I didnt know that until I showed up in person for the recent appointment. I stayed to see someone else so I wouldnt have to wait another month.A different eye doctor came to do my checkup. He was nice, but there were times that I couldnt understand him. The most uncomfortable part was when I got really anxious. The doctor told me that I was starting to develop dry eye and mentioned taking eye drops. Thats fine, but the issue was communication. He had to leave when I had more questions, and one of the employees took over.I felt physically surrounded, uncomfortable and overwhelmed by everything that was going on. The diagnosis, the number of people in the room at one time (the eye doctor, the employee in scrubs, and a tall man that was standing right by the door), and trying to comprehend it all was really bad for me.When I asked the employee in scrubs about needing eye drops and asking more questions, she seemed annoyed and said that I didnt have to take the eye drops, and that she was in a hurry to get me to leave. I left the place with more questions about what to do to take care of my eyes, and upset.I know that things happen, and people have to leave, but I didnt deserve to be treated how I was treated. I hope that this location will do better, and learn from this. Thats all I want.

The female cox is who examed me, dated back march, never met anyone so rude, but she was very irraited and inpatient with me, my eyes got dilated that day from them drops and I felt has if she shined the light straight in my eyes than I saw light spots couldnt see well . She leaves the room, her assistant comes in and tells her oh her pupils r big because shes still young, I took it as if she thought I was on drugs . I felt uncomfortable and anxiety, two weeks later my contacts r still off from a far its still blurry a bit but I wasnt trying to pay for exam again, Im just gonna stick with doctor blue I never had a issue with him . But I was really upset that day . Im still upset

It was cold in the room.i was told Dr.Cox would be in the room in a few minutes. but that was not true I would have felt better if she had said 5 to 10 minutes or more, so I left because I got to cold sitting in that room.

The lady that took me back to take images of my eyes was very professional, she had a good sense of humor which made the process of taking pictures of my eyes much more pleasant because I could not get my eyes focused on that green light.The Doctor was professional, knowledgeable as well as friendly.Then it was time to pick out your frames and get your bill.I had Andrea as my Lens and Frame Specialist, let me just say, she was extremely nice and very easy to talk to and she explain the prices for each extra item that you may want to add to your lenses.I got everything I wanted for my glasses and the price was awesome.I smiled from the time I enter their door and my exit out.Thank you guys for making this one of the most enjoyable eye appointment I have ever had!

Dr. Cox was amazing with our baby super attentive. She took her time and was patient when baby wanted to play with her tools. I never felt rushed and all our questions were answered. Our baby was in the NICU and on oxygen so it was recommended that baby see an eye doctor around 6 months. Everyone was nice and helpful. I never felt like I was in the way or a bother when he cried.

Had a great experience today with my adult daughter. She has an eye condition that a lot of doctors are not equipped to treat (3 places told me not to bring her in as they would not treat her) and she broke her glasses. She had an appt within 5 hours of calling, enrolled in their program to save money on her exam and glasses and got what she wanted for a very reasonable price. Dr Cox did not sugarcoat anything and gave her straight answers, which was greatly appreciated!

Ive been going to Vision Source for over 15+ years. They have a huge selection of frames. The receptionists, and doctors are always friendly. My only complaint is that they dont cut the lenses in house so its always a 2 week or longer wait for glasses. (Which is the reason for the 4 star review) With that being said they always make sure that your glasses fit correctly, and give you a free case, cleaning cloth, and cleaning spray.

Very sweet people. Dr Nichols is nothing short of amazing and kind. Very knowledgeable of everything that goes into bad vision and correction. She spends time with her clients and makes sure they are comfortable with everything. The tech they use for the exams are clean, current and helpful with someone with a complicated health history. The staff is all very kind and helpful with answering questions and explaining things before they happen.My ONLY issue - I have to make yet ANOTHER trip to get ANOTHER signature for rebates. Spent well over $500 just for lenses and exams. This is one more thing that should have been taken care of during one of my previous visits for the year check-up. Most exhausting vision check-up/purchase/experience in the 20+ years of wearing contacts/glasses. Overall, still an amazing crew of people.

I was a patient of Dr. Blues almost my entire life at his old office and never once was disappointed. I recently heard that he had moved to this office so I thought I would go in for an exam and glasses. Not only was Dr. Blue as great and amazing as ever, the staff was most excellent! Everybody seemed very pleased to be employed by Vision source and the attitude showed it! The reception were so friendly and helpful. The optician, Jodi, was the best Ive ever spoken to. Recently had a warranty replacement ordered on July 08 2019. Still have not received glasses. Today is August 16 2019. Don’t waste your time.

Dr Blue was awesome. I went in on March 2nd and he got me reading on lines I haven’t seen since I don’t know when. Today March 16th I went in optimistic after 10 working days I would have my glasses. No such luck. With no explanation whatsoever, and no response to my tests before I went up there, the employee you would see when you go to collect your glasses told me maybe Friday. What that’s 17 working days I said getting frustrated. She got mad at me! Maybe one day Lil Miss up there will be let down with no explanation. I’ve been excited to see for 2 weeks, guess I’ll have to wait till IDK whenever

**UPDATE BELOW** From a 1* to a 4* so far. I am leaving my original review in full for context with an update below.I really wish I could give less than 1 star. Ive been to Vision Source before at the N May location and was satisfied. This one however, was very poor. First off, I had to do everything to get my insurance information to them (as simple as calling them and getting the information that they stated they could not get from my employer) Second, I had scheduled 2 exams, one for me and one for my wife. I should have known with the hoops that I had to jump through for her exam what I would then have to also go through.There prices are extremely overpriced. The last time I went to the N May location, I went in, had my exam and left with a pair of contacts on my eyes for my co-pay. For some reason, at THIS location I had not only my co-pay but also over $100 worth of fluff charges. oh we have to do this or we will need to dilate your eyes for the day, oh we have to charge this with the market how it is nowadays. You have to come in and show us how your eyes are handling the contacts that you have used for the past 10 years but of course, they have zero hours that work for people who work and are inundated with meetings throughout the week. I missed the 60 day window for my fitting due to me not wanting to go back in until they fixed their billing issue with my card and my wifes insurance. Almost a $300 simple exam WITH insurance. Regardless, now they would like to charge yet another $50 to ENSURE the contacts that I have been using without issues for a decade will actually work with my eyes.Nothing about this place has been up front about pricing, about time, about insurance. Nothing. I wasted my time and my wifes time coming here and now I have to go through yet ANOTHER contact lens fitting due to them not being transparent about a follow-up. When I called to cancel that follow-up, of course they didnt tell me or the wife that they would charge more if you went past a certain date. Nor did they ever try to call and explain that to us. Im sure they just wait and laugh while they do this to people. The prices they charge for all of their services, their contacts and their glasses/frames, do not be surprised to watch this location go under sooner rather than later. I can only hope they learn their lesson and actually try to perform some sort of customer service and salvage their diminishing reputation.*** UPDATE 1***I have received a call promptly from Robin after this review with agreed upon steps to remedy any discrepancies and issues that have occurred within this review. Adding star for prompt reply. I will update this review again once we have completed those aforementioned steps. ******UPDATE 2*** I came in at the behest of Robin. I was fitted for a new pair of contacts and the Dr checked the fitting immediately. This is exactly the type of service one would expect after going through what had occurred above.To be completely honest, I was ready to have nothing to do with this company/location again but wanted to give Robin and her place of business another shot. They knocked it out of the park.I scheduled another appointment for my wife to ensure she receives the same treatment and upon doing so, I will purchase contacts from them (they were just $4 difference in pricing from 1-800-Contacts and were transparent this entire session. Once my wife goes through her appointment, I am assuming I will be re-editing and updating to 5* due to the customer service I received and their willingness to help fix what started off as an awful experience. Im a truck driver so I dont confirm my appointment until a few days prior to my appointment since its hard to tell if I will be home in time for the appointment til I get closer to home. Today the receptionist was ready to cancel my appointment and hang up on me when I told her this. I used to love this place now I dont and since my family used this place as well it looks like we are all looking for a new eye doctor now. I called this morning to reschedule my 9 am appointment for this afternoon because I went out of town due to a family member passing and knew I wouldnt make it back by 9 am. I was told I had been put down for 330 this afternoon well I just called to make sure I had the right time and was told that I was a no show and that they didnt have any openings for this afternoon. I definitely wont go back or schedule with them again..very disappointed.

Ive been going to Dr. Blue for several years. He is a great doctor, and the customer service from the office staff is exceptional. This last visit, I also took my 3-year-old in to have his eyes examined. All the staff were very patient with him, and kept him entertained while I had my eyes examined.
