Just moved to Oklahoma. We have been searching for a new place to buy our Tea products. And let me tell you this is by far the best place as far as quality and customer service hands down the best We spoke to Chris and he was very knowledgeable with letting us know what would be right for us . He was super nice and introduced us to new products. I recommend this place to everyone.

What a disappointment this place turned out to be. Ive made a couple of prior kratom purchases here with no problems, but when I wanted to make a purchase today, they refused to sell me kratom because I would not allow them to copy the information from my drivers license. Is this a new state law? I dont like giving out my personal, identifying information.Thats okay, though, thanks guys for giving me the impetus to kick the kratom habit and save the money. Your snotty employees just cost you a customer.

I used to go elsewhere for my Kratom. One day the owner was very rude to me in front of one of their employees & it hurt my feelings. I had been with them a long while. So I started looking for another place to get it. This store was right beside where I used to tan & one day a lady working there was outside as I was coming out of tanning. She was so sweet & helpful & insightful that I thought I would give it a try. So glad I did! All of the employees are super nice, helpful, knowledgeable, & respectful. I am not a young person so that means the world to me. Two thumbs up to this location in Del City!!!

A good friend of mine told me about this location and on my first visit I was sold! A great selection they have and with my schedule that I have, the hours fit me perfect. Like the other two locations the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products! Very comfortable feeling right as you walk in.

Great customer service as always. All 3 locations have been wonderful. Quality is consistent and top notch. Its good to know that even if I visit a location thats not my usual one, that the service and product will be just as great as Im used to.

I went into the store looking for some CBD oil capsules to try. I spoke with the workers, told them I had tried a sample of another brand and was looking for something similar. After a discussion about what effects I was looking for, they recommended a rather pricey product and talked me into buying two bottles. After two days it was obvious what they had sold me wasnt working the way I needed. It made me so tired, I couldnt stay awake, made my brain foggy, made me dizzy and nauseous. The opposite of the calm, unstressed but alert feeling I had told them I was looking for. I tried to return the unopened bottle, still quality sealed in plastic, and complained about the effects. They were extremely unapologetic and wouldnt even offer me store credit or an exchange. I wouldnt recommend shopping here.

Lotus Botanicals is the only kratom shop that I will go to. And Ive tried a bunch, at least all the ones in my area and the surrounding areas, and nothing compared to Lotus. Their price and quality is hands down the best. I wouldnt recommend anywhere else!

Love lotus botanicals each location is amazing . I primarily use norman but have stopped by here and it’s just as good as the rest friendly staff and and great kratom .There product is some of the best around .
