I was in a pinch and needed my tire repaired quickly. Sisbaro went out of their way to squeeze me in. Andrew in the Service Department was courteous and professional. He had my tire repaired within 20 minutes. Andrew and his team also provided me with a picture of the nail in my tire. It was refreshing to know that my vehicle was being well taken care of. I will never recommend sisbarro in Deming to anyone ...They left my car worst then when I took it in..They also tried to tell me my 2010 Malibu had a 2012 engine in...well I got my car back after 3 weeks that it took them to tell me it was the transmission,,, which is what I took it in for in the first place..Im not even by cemetery and my speedometer isnt working and my check engine light turns on so I took it to Transmission shop and they tell me sisbarro never programmed my TCM and it was the right engine an some wires were torn..but funny how sisbarro didnt see the wires...I am in touch with a lawyer

My wife gone in picked up on a caddy srx. The hospitality and sales service was up to par. hey joe medina and the staff worked at getting my wife where she wanted to be. Our concern is my wife was guaranteed a professional detail of the srx which 3 months later has not taken place. To top it off my wifes daughter had gone in the very next week traded in her honda for a Malibu... My wife referred her daughter and was told she was to receive a $100 for the referral. Which has yet to be received... What ever happen to nobody bets a sisbarro deal.... 🤔... By the way my wife gave $10000 down on the srx....

Williams helped make it right for this issue by apologizing and giving us an oil change and a car wash.)Well searching for a car at this location and got there trying to find a vehicle that would fit our needs and wifes height and were waiting on some finances coming in from an inheritance so we can know our true budget. However, once we told the salesman we probably wont be getting into a new one right now that itll be a few months he shut down and was saying we need to figure out our budget first before a car. Well we want to find a car that we like and is to our specifications so we could see with the inheritance and the trade in and if we knew what vehicle and rough price it is we can figure out a budget to get that vehicle or if we could budget in that price range. Yes some prices go up or dont have that specific one we looked at which is an oh well deal theres more out there may have a little more miles on it or not the same color or perks thats not what we care about. But I digress, the salesman didnt want to open the doors so we could look inside yet another salesman opened the door to another vehicle and starts it for another customer while we were there and being told we couldnt do anything other than look at it from the outside. Salesman also shut down as soon as we said we werent buying today and made us feel unwelcome there if we werent buying right then. We probably wont buy from here from how he was with us cant trust someone who isnt willing to go out and help cause if we went there wed ask for him and him only but if ones like that there well I cant trust others there either. First impressions are what sets up if its a good place or not or a trustworthy place to shop. But if there is actually one who would care and make it worth us trying again here we may be willing to try again maybe.

Went in with a vehicle in mind that I wanted to purchase and they did not honor the price online. The service representative also was hesitant to tell me what my credit score was when I asked, All I got out of him was 6 something. Service representative was trying to sell me a vehicle way above market value and did not want to work with me on lowering the base price All they were focused on was the monthly payments which is known to be a tactic they use on clueless individuals seeking to buy a vehicle. I am not want to post bad reviews or leave feedback on a business but my experience was terrible. I hope no one has to go through the experience I went through and hopefully management addresses the issue.
Traveling cross country and started to get the dreaded death wobble in my jeep wrangler. Showed up 30 minutes to closing and Dennis Westbrook, the Service Manager, was kind enough to stay late to put my jeep on a lift, tighten all bolts and reposition the damper to get me back on the road safely.
Please read the fine print of your warranty. It is void if you service it anywhere other than Sisbarro . . . Doesnt matter if it breaks down out of state.

Hi. I had a really great experience with Sisbarro Deming Jeep recently. I was shopping for a very specific Wrangler and found one at this dealership. I live in Atlanta, GA, so I had to do everything remotely.In all honesty, I wasn’t sure that it would be worth the hassles as I had tried to buy a different vehicle remotely and the transaction was less than smooth. Much to my surprise, I got in touch with a really friendly and responsive sales person named Gabe Carreon. Not only did Gabe reply promptly, but he was courteous, not pushy and he was very helpful. He immediately went outside and took additional photos for me and got together his best price and arranged for the shipping (something other dealers refused to do, btw). The worst service Ive ever had. I will never take my vehicle back here. We purchased our car here a year ago and since then Ive had so many problems with it and they are never any help. This recent visit my car was worked on, I waited for 7 hours, and the mechanic left my car covered in grease. My door, steering wheel, and seat was so dirty my hands were black and my clothes got ruined. I talked to the service manager about how dirty my car was left and he didnt seem to really care. I was told that someone would be out to clean my car right away, that did not happen. I waited for 15 mintues for someone to come out and clean the mess they made, I got fed up and just left. Horrible horrible horrible.
Welp They did it again!! Yes, Mary and Sydney have made me one happy customer!! This is the 3rd vehicle i have purchased from them and my 4th from Sydney and everytime I have been treated as royalty. Most people from Las Cruces travel to el paso for a deal but I always head to see Mary and Sydney because they find me what i want and are never pushy. I will always send everyone i know this way! The only reason they have four stars and not five is the waiting room was a little warm maybe even more than a little but the service manager guy Joe was great it was very accommodating he even offered us a soda so maybe I should have gave five.

And they did it again. Every time I take in my vehicles to get serviced or for them to fix an issue, they always end up breaking somethings else. I don’t think they have professional trained techs nor mechanics. Also Joe the guy in the front of parts department is always overcharging by mistake. Don’t recommend this dealer for no matter. It’s better if you drive further. Very disappointed at this site. It’s very dissatisfying to see that the General Manager seems to not care for his customers. Do not trust them!!!!

If I could I would leave no stars... Car broke down on the way to San Antonio so I dropped the car off there with Joe and he told me my fuel pump had to be replaced. I was going to tow it back but found out they were closed on Sunday which was no big deal. I told them I would need to have it fixed but when I come get it I will have to fly in to the nearest airport (Grant County Airport). They couldnt even help grab me from the airport and take me to them (30 mi). Instead they suggested getting on a shuttle which I wouldve had to walk 5-10 mi to catch (80°-90°F). I was able to find a taxi that took me to them and upon telling him what happened his words to me was oh, that sucks... I also asked for them to give me the old part to take with me, upon opening my door I was hit with a strong scent of fuel because they thought it would be a good idea to put the fuel pump in a box in my back seat instead of in the trunk. Also topping on the cake was when they said they washed my vehicle. While I was looking at it, they left watermarks on my car and left swirl marks on my windows... This is by far the worst dealer I have ever been to. The only plus side to this is that I never have to go back there for anything. I warn anyone who may be thinking of this dealership for anything, to never go here. I may reassess this review later, but as of now....
The sales experience was excellent! After that, they could really care less. Ive left messages with no return call. Its been over 2 months and my car still isnt fixed! Not to mention, every time I take it in, THEY damage it and then it needs repairs again. I wanted to purchase locally to support Deming - that doesnt seem to matter.

I simply can not say enough about the front end of this store. These folks are as nice and personable as it gets. I spent 6 years doing what they do so I know a little of how its supposed to go and they delivered. From the sales manager Richard to our sales person Mary it truly could not have gone better. We as well had heard not good things and we saw Nothing of it. I told them strait up starting out what we could and could not do and they were Very perceptive to that, totally no BS at all. We drove a couple different trucks, one that Richard thought would cover our needs and one that we liked. We bought the Chevy that we liked and Richard made it work. Maybe it cant go this way for every one but they bent over backwards to make it work for us and Im proud to say we got our ride there. Clearly I cant speak to the service end there as we just got it today BUT if our experience in the back of the store is less than what we got up front, Ill let the front know about it. I hope its not like people say as that would be a complete shame as hard as the sales end worked for us.
I will never return to this place I had my fuel filters change on my truck they quoted me over the phone $134.00 after the job was done they charged me $294.00 . Stay away from this place .

This was the worst experience with a car salesperson I have experienced. Not once did he inquire what type of vehicle i was looking for or offer to take me around the lot. Rather he ran my credit score which is not great and told me to come in on Wednesday and put down my entire paycheck for the deposit. I asked for what vehicle and he waved his arm towards the lot and named some car i had not heard of. When my partner called nick on the phone we were told that you could finance the Jeep for just over 3k. If this is a tactic you use to get people onto your lot, its bad business. I may currently live on SDI bc of PTSD but I have an Ivy league degree, a masters, 4 careers and know bad business when i see it. Not that desperate for a truck.Addison Grace Evans

I called about a vibration problem on my 2017 ram 3500 dually expecting to hear well we will get you in when we can But NO ! service writer JD said when can you get here I said 30 minutes he said great we will see you soon. He went with me for a test drive asked if I could leave it with him and he would arrange for a shuttle to take me home .(this review to be continued ) (review continued) WOW !! J D called to say the problem has been diagnosed he asked if he could keep it a 2nd night and it wasnt until his shuttle returned me to Sisbarro in Deming that I realised that he wanted to keep it overnight so the he could have it washed after the service work had been done before he handed it back to me, now that is what I call good old fashioned service with a smile ! THANKYOU !! to JD and everyone in the service deptSisbarro RAM, you did it again !! I called service advisor Joe Martinez with a (service required exhaust filter 100% full message on the dash of my 2017 Ram 3500) along with a check engine light, he booked me in for the next day, he arranged for a shuttle to take me home and within 4hrs he had diagnosed the problem AND FIXED IT !! a shuttle was dispatched and had me back at Sisbarro Deming, they brought my pickup to me, IT HAD JUST BEEN WASHED !! I was on a road trip through the area and my vehicle needed to be serviced. The dealership has friendly staff who got my vehicle into the shop on very short notice. They even washed it as part of the service! Clean comfortable waiting room with coffee and snacks. Highly recommended!
We had a 3rd Party GPS to be installed on our 2018 Chevy. Our normal installer was unable to figure out the schematics. Kyle and Andrew reviewed their records as well as our GPS installation instructions and provided me some additional info. In the end, we ended up using Sisbarro Superstore in Deming to install the GPS unit. Thanks Kyle, Joe and Andrew for a Job well done!
Im from Canada and stayed at Rockhound State Park for three days. My Dodge truck needed a service, so I went to Sisbarro. The service advisor Mr. Medina was friendly and knowledgeable. He was attentive and wrote everything down. Im a retired Dodge technician, so of course I checked the work on my truck after the finished the service . Everything was done properly and clean. Well second attempt to purchase a vehicle failed, salesman started to show us a vehicle then after getting keys for just 2 said he had other customers with appointment and left us to take care of them. Prior vehicle was totaled by deer so we needed to purchase asap, drove to Las Cruses had great service at Bravo Chevrolet and purchased vehicle next day.
Im so happy with the brake job I had on my vehicle! I feel that as a woman i want taking advantage of by Mr. Martinez. He explained the safety issue and necessity and showed me how bad/wasted my pads were! He didnt try to sell me unnecessary parts or items and my vehicle was fixed right the first time. First off I want to thank Dolores for going above and beyond for everything she did. From calling us to keep us updated on our 2012 Chevy malibu to returning our calls when we had any questions. I also want to thank the mechanics that worked on our car we are very satisfied. We drove 5 hours home without any problems. Not impressed my pick up has been in the shop for over 2 months for a computer replacement. Every time I try to contact the dealership I get all service techs are busy at this time and they will call you back I never receive a call back. I get a text message with another excuse for the delay. I am very unsatisfied and not real happy about the prospect of having to pay a $1000. I was told when I brought it in that it would take some time. I did not expect to months and it to not be resolved still. I can understand when a dealership mechanic shop is busy but 2 months for PCM is ridiculous.
