My sales associate was the absolute best. Mr. Jeff went into detail and explained the quality of each mattress I tried out and he gave me time to decide which would be best for me. Also the overall sales/discount I could not beat so I ended up going with the Beauty Rest Mattress and Box Spring. I’m a happy and satisfied customer.

The gentlemen at this Mattress Firm reminded me of what GREAT customer service is. The two gentlemen, both by the name of Derrick, were extremely helpful and informative. I was able to test out every mattress in the store without the salesperson getting frustrated with me. Very very very terrible service i believe in second chances but how can i not leave a review when this company baited me in on a sale that i was Guaranteed to get the first time we walked into the store just looking for a simple mattress the employee wanted a sale so we listen to his expertise about his store told us the mattress we wanted would be in by the weekend we waited alllll week until the day before to get a call saying the mattress is on back order remember now we paid all the furniture adjustable base etc even got rid of my old bed because i was excited to get my new stuff in so now we are left with nothing to sleep on...so they tried to give us something to sleep on for the time being they offered a 10 inch mattress when the mattress got here it was a 8 inch mattress which was verrrry flat so they told us to come into the store to pick another mattress we had to wait again additonal 2 days for the new mattress to be delivered...the delivery time said between 2-4 by the time 4 o’clock came we didn’t receive any calls or updates or anything about the delivery which rolled into 6 o’clock no mattress again we are still stuck with the 8 inch foam pad do not shop this store soooooo many issues with this company & no one did anything about it spend your money other places on top of that we had somewhere to be at 5 o’clock so i missed out on other business i had to take care of

I was coming in here thinking that i would get a matress for like 2000 dollars but i got a mattress (a very high quality one) and an ADJUSTABLE BASE for free and it wasnt a bad set it acctually was a very good one and the customer service is absolutely incredible. If i can recommend a place enough, it would be matress firm in Livingston.

This was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I worked primarily with Alex, but David was also involved with us as well. These two gentlemen were nothing less than first class. Very laid back and highly informative with top notch product knowledge. Both genuine and invested in us making the best decision for what we needed in a mattress. We never felt pressured or sold on anything, but more consulting with a friend. I always have a lot of questions and concerns when purchasing the appropriate mattress and they were both patient and informative throughout the entire process. We even made a purchase and regretted it two weeks later because we did not get a memory foam the first time as we should have. Alex told us if we became uncomfortable at anytime not to hesitate and come.back and see them. We came back the second time and they helped us make the best decision for a mattress that best suited our needs. It is so rare to find quality like this, but this location will always get my business because of these two guys. Claim was handled fairly and quickly. Only problem I had to pay delivery fee even though I paid for the delivery of the original mattress. It wasn’t my fault that the mattress had to be replaced.
