They had a GREAT sale but even their regularly priced items were not overly expensive for the quality. Also they had a very helpful salesman Josh or Joe(?), he was very good with my grandson.

Shopping was great. Isles are large enough to traverse. Selection is very good.

Got the most AWESOME Vans EVER!! Even without the Wide size options they fit, which almost never happens for me! Also they have amazing sales on GREAT, CUTE brands and styles!!

The sale floor people where super nice, Cashier was very nice and friendly. Now the manager I dealt with (on Sunday around 2pm) was very rude over a misunderstanding of a coupon.I found the exact shoes I was going to buy here for $10.00 less at Shoe dept. in Denham Springs and ALL the Associates were very helpful,friendly and very respectful.

They were rude and no one wanted to help me. But the prices are great but thats about it.

Bought new Nikes for my youngest daughter. She knew what she wanted so that made things easier. Walked in saw the shoes on an end cap. They were cheaper than the competitors shoe store and we were out. It was a Good day!

Long lines, didnt have the shoes i ordered. They said it canceled but never got a notification about it. Still havent seen the refund hit on my account, smh, then ended up finding the shoes i ordered then had to pay for them a 2nd time. But soon as i walked in i had to wait in long line. Then upon finding the shoes they made me sit in the long line again, and paying for the same item twice takes the cake .. 🤬

I love Shoe Carnival! All the ladies there are so sweet and they always have a great deal going on. A great spot to go for buying new shoes for the kids, or to treat yo self.

This will be a very detailed review. They have a very large selection of shoes when you put on the tennishoes you like you can test them on the mini track inside! Their sizes are very precise and comfortable when you get to the counter their service is great!

Shoe carnival has a nice variety. Service is better on some days then others. It really depends on the staff that is working. ive seen it over the top good as well as bottom of the barrel bad. Love their shoes!
