Big fan of Pilot as Pilot and my company have worked together for years. However, I am not a happy Truck Driver right now. I drove into a smaller location here in Denham Springs, LA (#79). Not an issue when you pull in and there are 35 parking spots, and trucks coming in from different locations. It’s a lot of moving parts, literally. My concern after parking is the absurd amount of trash and debris in the parking spaces. I am talking broken glass, shards of bumper and plastic, old towels, confetti. I mean you name it, it was almost in the parking lot. That is unusually strange to see but it wouldn’t be my first time.Just two weeks ago I was backing in and seemingly upon doing a pre trip in the morning noticed my drive tire had a quarter sized bolt in it. Unhappy, as that bolt cost me $1200 (new tire). I’m not here to shame the franchise because Pilot has been great, but I refuse to sit around and have a similar issue cost me or any other driver costly repairs. Moreover, I did call the Emergency Care hotline for Pilot and the gentleman Seth was able to notate my issue and stated that he would reach out to store (#79). Seemingly the staff is pleasant and caring. Thanks.Sn: Because I’m a man about action I went ahead and cleaned up on both sides of my tractor and trailer. This you will see in the pictures
Shower very unclean, garbage cans with toilet papers, socks, and a little bit of everything, small towels behind the door, hairs in the sink, and fans with a lot of dust.
