My husband Bill and I were fortunate to meet Nick while looking for our new home after being flooded out of our last home. Nick was more than helpful with assisting us with not only finding us the perfect home but taking care of all the paperwork associated with the process. And this is quite a process... made smoother by Nick’s knowledge and eagerness to go above and beyond! We are extremely pleased with our experience with Nick. If you want to sell yourself a trailer this is your place. Went inside said I would like to buy a trailer and was advised to go find one myself and come back and let them know which I wanted and then I would get a salesmen. If I have to sell myself the trailer why show up. Won’t be back and will be buying a trailer today.

I definitely would not recommend buying a mobile home from this dealership. It is the most unorganized mobile home business I have ever dealt with. My son and daughter-in-law has had their mobile home delivered over 3 weeks ago. Still can not move in . I have even called the owner Candy and the manufacturer. They say they dont have enough help to get things done. They didnt bother telling my son that when he was purchasing this mobile home. So if you dont want to go thru a nightmare definitely buy elsewhere.

Me and my husband got a grant from Restore of La. during the August 2016 flood that took place in LA.We went to Denham Springs housing to purchase a mobile with the grant that we were approved for,All paper work was completed.Mr.Bradly was our sales person and Miss Candice is the Manager,The final step was to deliver the Home,Mr Bradly decided he no longer wanted to go through with delivering our home,Tried reaching the Manager,That was a no go,So Restore calls Denham Springs housing to sovle the issue to deliver the Home,They refused to deliver.So sad sad sad.
