Ive heard so many horror stories, but in my own experience- the people working there are just there, not working. They dont know where anything is or have any informational about their merchandise. I had an employee lie to Me regarding a certain size cupcake holder, and not allowing a return or exchange after purchase. Make the trip to BR, save yourself.

I will never shop here again. I had 3 Styrofoam dummy cakes rounds. I was within the 30 days of my receipt. The manager on duty told me she could not take it back because it is a food item. I am still trying to figure out how. I cant eat it and it is unused. She said because of COVID-19 she cant take any food items back. She said people use them for cake stands. I never heard of that but ok. I will never spend my money where I cant get my money back. Especially if it is unused and change my mind about a product.. I wish they had told me that at check out. I wouldnt have made the trip back up here. Its ok though. I will find something to do with it but, they will never get a dime of my earned money.

Nobody asked me if I needed help and I couldnt tell who worked there but I did find 2 great mask..Im still looking for other items so Ill be back and maybe they will be better up and running

Good selection of items and items are priced high for the convenience. As others have said, the staff isnt happy to be there.

I used to work here. The owner micromanages without even knowing what hes doing. Management is completely terrible too. I was fired for literally no reason just because I asked for a raise after working there for 8 months making 10 an hour while new people getting hired on was making 12 an hour. The condition of the building is terrible in itself as well. Mold on the ceiling from rain leaks in multiple spots also the temperature of the store stays on 80 to 90 degrees all day which is really really hot. The owner refuses to fix the AC system and doesnt really care about his employees.

Great selection of party ideas . But upon entering the store, I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The whole vibe of me being in the store was very disrespectful. I won’t be returning.

Never work here i had covid 19 and was fired during my 2 week quarantine.and was accused of lying about it.

Fully stocked but limited ability to ensure items fit as there is no fitting options. And as thats understandable its also somewhat inconvenient due to the no return policy. So your unable to determine fit in the store and unable to return after leaving the store.

Nice selection of party supplies. Only party store in the area Ive seen that sells Qualitex 260 balloons.

Charged my mom 50 dollars to fill a couple balloons. Double the cost of places where I live. Ill never go back

I loved this place everybody was so nice they had so many costumes to choose from it was unbelievable but go early at least three weeks before Halloween to get your costumes or they will be picked through. Now the cost are a little high but they’re reasonable

1st. time shopper... They have just about anything you need for different occasions but, terrible terrible customer service. They attitude these employees or employer have are outrageous! Ill never step foot back in this store or recommend.

Wow! This place is amazing! So much to choose from! They have everything you need for any type of party. I went in just for some balloons and spent a hour looking at all the cool stuff they have! Need beads?!? They have the largest selection I have ever seen! The employees were very nice and and helpful too! This will be my go to place for all my party needs!

FYI - If you purchase one of the $10 for 10 items to must have all 10 of them to return or exchange. Example - Bought 20 items and only used 12 of them - tried to exchange the other 8 for a different color (same item) so that I could use and not waste money. Because I didnt have all 10 items they said there was nothing they could do. I wasnt asking for a return just an even exchange.

Prices are a bit high but they have a great selection of items for many occasions. The employees are always super nice as well. Id give 5 stars if it wasnt always so hot!

I love party stores and will spend HOURS in them just looking and I usually spend a LOT of money while I am there... That being said this store you cannot stay in very long AT ALL the owner will not allow the thermostat to be set at anything other than 80 degrees. It is so hot in the store that the cashier nearly fainted the last time I was there. I will not be shopping here until they can do something about it.

Has almost any and everything for a party! Can never go wrong! Some things are a little expensive but a great place! Great deals on bows!

Wide selection of products, supplies & costumes for anything from birthday, holiday to corporate events/parties. If they dont have it, youll be hard pressed to find it any where else locally. If you havent visited recently, give them a try. Its a much improved store from years ago.

They have just about everything youd be looking for but the prices are high even for some of the costumes with just 1 or 2 pieces.

Very nice selection of costumes and props. My faves are the toy gun section, they all look very realistic.The masks and helmets are also very nice and realistic there. Would go again

Employees not very helpful and waited for 15mins for someone to check us out.

Staff pointed in the direction to look for an item I requested, rather than walk me there to help.That’s fine.But they will not refund your money on wearables even if you just walked out the door and came back. I think they should mention that before you complete your purchase. Had I known that I wouldn’t have made the purchase in the first place.They don’t care either, didnt even offer a store credit. Lost my business.

It was okay, we went in to get tutus and leg warmer for a concert and found a limited amount of both and in only 2 colors for the leg warmers and ended up leaving with nothing it was a useless trip.

HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SEVICE!!!!!!!! went in to order and write down exact ballon order and paid in full for everything including ballon weights. get there the following day to pick up at promised time and NOTHING WAS READY. was finally given balloons after 20 minute wait——-and no weights were Included. JUST FOUND OUT THERE IS AN ACTUALBALLOON STORE IN DENHAM.....be aware if you decide to use this party store.

There is always a large supply of products on the floor but I could only find 1 bday sash for my daughter and when I tried the crown, it was a flashing lights one, it didnt work and I saw the worker put it back on the shelf. I also used their bathroom and it was out of toilet paper and the other bathroom was out of order.

They were great! So helpful with everything I needed for the shower!

Overpriced but the selection is great so if you have a kiddo that needs to try costumes on this is the place to go.
