So we decided to have Holly come over to give us an estimate on the quartzite stone we liked for countertops, since it has been a dream of ours to be able to have stone countertops. We thought we would not be able to afford it but hey one can dream right?! Well once the estimate came it was clear that it was something we could afford and that if we didnt Holly would help us to find a financial solution. She has been involved from the beginning till the end and has gone the extra mile to make things that where not perfect, beyond perfect. Also she is a heck of a negotiator and has got us this expensive quartzite for the same price as she discussed with us. Yes we fell in love with another quartzite slab after all. Once I figure out how to post pictures on the review I definitely will. Look for the green kitchen...

Holly and team installed luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout my home, as well as new base boards throughout. It turned out fantastic. It wasnt the very cheapest quote, but it was done right, with good counsel, and it was done promptly and on time, without any hassle. I had no trouble reaching them, and no delays whatsoever. They moved quickly and did a great, professional job.

This is the flooring company you want to hire! I was getting my home ready to put on the market, and needed to replace the damaged engineered hardwood in the playroom. Since that particular flooring was no longer available, I had to go with something different. I wasnt happy with other flooring contractors Id used, so I decided to try Gazelle Residential. Holly was in my house the next business day. She recommended an attractive, reasonably-priced carpet, and also found me a hypoallergenic carpet pad to put underneath it. Her crew removed the old flooring and installed the new pad and carpet the day after the carpet arrived at Gazelles facility. As you can see from the picture, they did a great job. A few weeks later, when I discovered a different flooring contractor had failed to install enough tile to sit flush with an existing carpet in a bedroom closet, I again called Gazelle. They showed up the next business day and, using some of what was left from the playroom install, removed the old closet carpet and installed the new carpet at an excellent price. I want to Thank Holly for helping me with my antique wood flooring . The floors were damaged during the freeze/ snow /rain and I had filed a claim and was told I hadn’t met my deductible . Didn’t know what to do about damage to my floors. Holly went out of her way to help with her estimate in the floors forwarded to my insurance company . Holly and her team were wonderful to work with. We had luxury vinyl flooring put in our kitchen and bedrooms along with baseboards and shoe molding. The project turned out better than I planned. The customer service and timely completion of Gazelle Residential proposal allowed us to use our patio for a unplanned cookout.
