It so nice when you call somewhere and when they answer, they do not even let you respond. They just put you on hold for forever. Horrible customer service. I understand being busy, but I run a business and when a customer calls, we never just put them on hold. Wait for a response. Just rude.

My mind has been blown by the outstanding and amazing customer service that Mike, the pharmacist provided. I live out of town and Mike, took my call regarding a prescription that my moms pharmacy in Van Alstyne was going to charge her $150.00 to fill. Mike, called them and got the prescription moved to his store also bare in mind that her pharmacy did not have that particular medication in stock and would have to order it, but Mike got it done! Mike also called me back to let me know that he had filled the medication, and the cost was going to be $41.00, that $18.00 less that I had original anticipated. Thank you Mike for taking the initiative to go the extra mile in order to help my mother with her medication need and just for actually caring and being kind.

Thankfully I haven’t had any problems with this pharmacy. Scripts are correct and cheaper than what I anticipated, ready in a timely manner. Good friendly staff. Keep up the good work. Thank you!!!

Worst staff ever. Very rude. Especially that lady with blonde hair in the drop off window. One time i had to drop off my prescription and as soon as she saw me walking towards her, she grabbed her phone and pretended to be on it as if she was waiting for someone to answer or idk, anyway, she made me wait for a little bit and then she hung up the phone. My second encounter with her was yesterday, as i went with my sister in law to drop off her prescription for a blood glucose monitor and the strips or whatever, she said she was going to check if her medicaid covered the monitor that it would take a couple minutes. Sure no problem, we sat in the benches and waited for about 30 minutes. My sister in law got frustrated (note: shes 7 months pregnant) since the lady said it would only take a couple of minutes, she stood up and asked how much longer we had to wait, as the lady said it had already been approved that we could wait in the bench next to pick up that someone was going to call her over to the window in a couple of minutes. So we sat down near the window, i kid you not, we waited for 20 minutes before my sister in law went to the window and asked about her glucose monitor. The lady in that window was really rude and said no one was suppose to call us we should of stood in line to get the damn monitor and if she was suppose to call us to the window that no one told her. I was very angry and upset about the miscommunication of the staff. They should really have a meeting with them and teach them about customer service.

Be very weary of the thieves and scalpers in this pharmacy. Had a prescription sent to the wrong place, walmart in Gainesville. They contacted me to say it was ready. I informed them that it was the wrong location and it should be this store in Denison. They called that day to say ot was ready at this location. I asked both locations what the prices was and both stores asked if I had insurance, which is unusual since I have filled this script here several times. Bith times I was told $40.00.When I arrived to pick up, the app showed $40.00 but again the wrong location. Tried to pay outside the app and was told the cost was $153.00, not $40.00 as quoted. Pharmacist said medication was different and different quantity. I showed him 5 receipts on their app where type, quantity, and all other specs were identical to what was in his hand, and only $40.00He stated that was the price. I told him to keep it!Today, I rode the 45 miles over to Gainesville, got the exact same perscription, in exact same quantity, for $40.00 as was quoted and was was charged several times in the past. This young man is a thief, and trying to take advantage of people required to take medication long term. This unethical and simply wrong. Walmart should be ashamed and embarrassed by this person and department.

I had 4 prescriptions filled when i came to pick up was given 3 paid 43 bucks i thought wow thats high . Got home started plaing out when to take everything when i looked over the list from the doc of what he was giving me i was 1 short . This time hubby came with me he asked me did they ask you for inc so i bring this up to the woman she said no inc has been ran for any of my pills so at this point i paid 43 for 3 bottles had one to go the ran the inc and had to return 13 after all four. That was way harder then it needed to be .get it togeather and train your people better . You could tell she was a basic cashier before she moved to pharmacy so she was just scanning.

Was there today at 1 pm and they were closed, thought you were open on Sunday 👎👎👎👎👎

If you dont have insurance, check Krogers prices. I was surprised how much difference there is. You can save a lot.
