Really friendly staff. A large selection of reasonably priced premium juice especially tobacco, the most Ive ever seen. If you want to quit smoking and want a tobacco flavor this is the place to come. Denton, youre lucky to have this place!

Overall, I had a good experience. They have most of the popular brands and products. Some interesting stuff I havent seen and a decent reliable juice section. Their prices arent the cheapest you can find, but they are decent and within 5-10 bucks of what any store would charge.

This place has improved dramatically. The 2 new operators, plus 1 employee, take time with their customers, fully answer any questions and are willing to help with any issues you may have. Pricing is reasonable for a brick & mortar store, but is of course a little higher than online (not double). However, their 30ml bottle are actually about 35ml, so with No shipping costs and getting a little more in the bottle, it all works out.

Great environment, helpful employees, easy to get in and out. I dont know alot about vaporizers so its nice to go and be educated on up keep and maintenance while buying my product.

Unfortunately Greg is an acquired taste. I call him the grumpy old man. He really just has a dry sense of humor. Also unfortunately, due to the nature of the business, if they get busy with a few newbies, customer service suffers. Hes not really in it for the money so its the epitome of a small town business. Otherwise, the products are great, the juice is great, and the prices are as good if not better than anything you will find on the Internet. And they are *extremely* knowledgeable there.

The store is a great store. I have been to another location (Dallas, TX), and they were fantastic. Customer service was great, they stood behind their products and were very helpful. I had to replace a broken battery within the warranty period and they gave me a loaner battery until they got in the new shipment of my model. The Denton location was a totally different story. I have been in there twice in the last three days. I had issues with my battery and they did replace it. Thats about the only thing I can say that is positive. The workers and who I believe is the owner were rude and unwilling to help. He wouldnt give us the strength of nicotine we asked for, but what was easiest for him to dilute it to. They as well sold me a cracked tank that I didnt notice until I got home. The employee very rudely told me that they didnt sell me a cracked tank and would not replace it. I will not return to this location, it is worth the hour drive to get to Dallas to be treated like a paying customer.

I got a nebox there that leaked on the seal so i had a master builder put my rebuild able coil together to see if itd still leak and it did. To this point not only did they say he built it wrong they just danced around the subject basically, gave me a different coil and said to come back tomorrow if its still leaking. So now I have to waste my gas, my juice, and my time to refund something that doesnt work. They wast your time and your money. Business like this will never have loyal customers. Cosmic vapors is a better shop they dont waste your time, money and help you find what you want. Best of all you can test all their flavors.

Staff is super great and knowledgeable, and theres quite a large selection of both the Vaporescence brand stuff and other manufacturers. Theres something new coming in pretty regularly.Theyre always honest about their opinions of all the products, which is rare in a store like this. I never feel like theyre trying to make a sale.Its hard to find a middle ground between an overly pretentious e-cig/vape place and a weird cheap scarily unregulated one, but Vaporescence manages to cut through the BS.

Best vape shop in Denton. Had several issues with the vape I bought, or so I thought... They were extremely patient in troubleshooting what I MYSELF was doing wrong. They dont work on commission so they arent trying to oversell you.

Hes buying these supplies from a supplier at fair he met for like 50 cents per, which-are fake and selling them for a high price. Buyer beware!!! We are not done with the owner James. Went to party with this guy on Labor Day. He was so drunk he let it all out.He said the liquid he sells isnt even real liquid!! He mixes with some other syrup or something so he can get more out of his supplies. He shouldnt have been hitting on my wife either at the party. What a shiester.

Came in here about two years ago. Didnt know anything about vaping. Guy sold me a skinny vape pen for $120. I went into another store later to buy juice for it, found the same pen for sale for $19.99. Needless to say I was outraged. I told the lady working at the other store that I got charged over $100 for the same pen and she gave me the juice for free out of pitty. Ive never been back here since.

Read a couple of the reviews, which were 50% good / 50% bad and went in. Jason, Jesh and Nate were working and they were great folks. There were customers hanging around, talking and listening to music. I bought some of their Strawberry Nightshade 24mg/ml e-liquid and Im pleased. Ill go back for their best-seller that they let me try, a Marlboro Special Blend, it was great too. Not quite as good as Halo Puritys Tribeca but close and very good, as well as cheaper and local so I can have it now.By the way, to the commenter who stated that the prices were too high:Of course you can buy almost anything online cheaper, thats the way it is with EVERYTHING. You just cant have it now when you do or support a local business.To the other negative reviews about lack of professionalism:They replaced their staff since then because of that and two guys from Dallas came down to run the store.
