The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their recommendations for my parts orders have saved me a lot of extra effort and money. The service department does quality work, and they are very good at explaining what needs to be fixed and why.

Great staff and very good prices! Went to browse helmet selections since almost everyone is sold out or only has one or rei brands. Went in and the staff was super helpful and had a good selection of helmets for both street, dual sport/ adventure, and off road. Decided to buy a helmet that day. Went home and was reading more up on the helmet and I noticed that they are actually cheaper than what I was seeing online! Even if they were $20 more their is nothing like being able to truly try a helmet on and get assistants from a staff.

I bought a brand new yz250x and payed cheap setup and freight charges. Their mechanic also put it through 2 heat cycles during set up so I was able to do a good break in ride as soon as I got it off the trailer. Good deal and a good mechanic! Cant go wrong. They also carry race gas.

They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. They were extremely helpful to my wife who went in to purchase a helmet. They were way under the competitions price and took the time to make sure she was happy. I highly recommend Derry Cycle. No pressure to make a sale just good people and family owned atmosphere.

I looked at the reviews and saw that some were quite bad but i thought that since I only needed to buy a part, it shouldn’t be a big deal. They give it to me “guaranteed to work” and it was too big. I even brought my own broken part in so that they can be able to see what I needed. Don’t go here, waste of your time and money.

Bought a new Yamaha MT07 from Derry Cycle. The salesman started off fine and he was responsive. Once the paperwork was filled out, it was hard to get a hold of him. I called back several times to clarify the extended warranty, the lady on the phone said since my salesman decided not to show up to work, I would have to wait for him and she did not know his schedule. Once I did finally get a hold of him, he rushed me off the phone and only answered some of my questions via email. Bottom line, I would not buy a bike from them again.

It’s too bad zero stars isn’t an option. The staff were unhelpful, unfriendly, and unhygienic. My wife told me after our visit that she felt like a piece of meat that had been thrown into a den of wolves. Apparently they don’t feel the need to keep to their posted business hours, return any emails, or return any phone calls. I saw one staff member literally spit shine the seat, which would be incredibly disgusting even before the ongoing pandemic.I would not feel safe leaving my wife alone with any of the staff. Would not recommend to anyone.

I bought a car 2007 mercedes there. The car is in excellent condition. I love it. Went to get an alligment and tire balance and found out I was down to metal on the rear tires. Hard to tell from a visual inspection but a person selling the car should of noticed. Thousand dollars later. All fluids need to be changed oil,trans,break,power steering,etc cause the car sat for 6 years in garage. I am sure that will set me back close to another grand. Again I love the car and I know they sell motorcycle and NH has an as is policy but its not right that I spend 15 grand on a car and have to drop another couple grand right away.

Emailed them with my problem and after having received the typical we’ll get back to you response and never hearing back from them I called. Guy on the phone who seemed to be in sales was very annoying with his inability to try to help me. He said they were 3 weeks out in service and the one guy that I should talk to was not there. I told him all I wanted to know was whether or not they could fix my problem as I explained in my email and told him. I wanted to know when I could get back to someone and he kept on with the 3 week out thing. I told him I could care less when that was just needed to know so I could make a decision about what to do next. He said they couldn’t tell me that and kept talking about the 3 weeks out for repairs. He suggested another place that I already had contacted but couldn’t do the work. After continuously trying to make my point about just wanting to know whether or not they could fix it I lost it and gave up. Can’t tell you just how frustrating that conversation became by not being able to get the answer I wanted by this guy or anyone.

Out of all the shops Ive visited in Northern MA and NH recently (shopping for my first bike + gear), this is the only place I wont consider returning to. When I walked in the two men working just stared while I looked around, didnt say anything or offer any help. When I asked them about some gear I was looking for they were rude and seemed annoyed that I was asking them. Floor is basically empty and they had a small stock of outdated gear.

I love Derry Cycle. my husband and my brother purchased ATVs from them years ago and both ATVs are still going strong. I remember Derry Cycle made the process very easy. they took care of everything. I recently revisited the shop to look around for a present for my nephew. I was a bit nervous, to go into the shop by myself, but that is what you get as a last minute shopper. The staff was great. they were super helpful, knowledgeable and it was a good shopping experience. I purchase a lot online and this shop made me remember how much fun, actual in-person shopping can be. they want you to be happy with your purchase, be it a large or small one. what a collection and selection. I am not a motorcycle owner myself, however, I can appreciate a nice looking bike when I see one and the whole shop has nice looking bikes. you can tell they take pride in what they choose for their inventory. I loved there was no pressure to buy anything. Derry Cycle is great, their showroom is stunning. great staff. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

They where great, took time to help us find a helmet in the size we needed.

I got what I needed. Simple firewall grommets. They are a Yamaha dealer and had a hard time finding them to fit my Victory Cross Roads Classic. But in the end, not all bikes are built differently. They persevered and I got my grommets to keep my side covers in place.

Nice showroom, with good people. Just picked up my 2021 Yamaha YZ 125X from them and I was in and out of there in an hour or so. More than pleased with the service!

Good place for Yamaha motorcycles and power equipment. They also sell used Harleys and have a good repair shop. You can also store your bike there in the winter.

I just bought a 2008 Ducati GT1000 from these guys and had a great experience. The bike was listed on eBay.I dealt mostly with Stephen. I had to call him several times with questions, about the motorcycle and logistics to get it shipped. He always took the extra time for me, and was also very responsive via email.The rest of the team was also very courteous as well. This made me feel very good about the transaction, which is a very big deal since trading on eBay.The motorcycle got here last night in exactly the shape that was described, and the keys and paperwork had been overnight a couple days ago. Beautifully orchestrated.Will deal again with these gentlemen if I had to.

Great service. I came in unannounced on a Sunday asking for an inspection sticker on my motorcycle. Ordinarily they dont do inspections on Sundays. They waited for a lull in customers and inspected my bike anyways.

Guy behind the counter was probably one of the rudest people I ever met.They do not give refunds on marked down merchandise period..even if you buy it as a gift..return it with all tags still in place...within 24 hrs..I did get a gift certificate or the amount..and will use it on a one shot deal..I do not recommend this store at all.And will let more people know just how poorly I was treated..

Walked in around 1 today first time in there, there was 2 people in there when I walked in nobody said anything untill my gf walked over to look at a helmet and the guy reply’s “don’t put that helmet on” witch I understand because of things going on but she was only looking at it asked a couple questions to the guy behind the counter about my motorcycle he was just rude and unprofessional and it was awkward going in there will not be returning a greeting would have gone a long way.

My husband and I have had a very awesome experience with them! Im honestly baffled by the other reviews I am seeing because I really couldnt see any of that coming from them with the experience we had! Steve was VERY honest and helpful through this whole thing!

Came in on a Sunday understanding the service department was closed, wanting to drop off a set of wheels to have the tires be removed and was quoted for the following Thursday. Great staff but was baffled by the time constraints

Small selection of products in stock like gear & helmets, hardly anybody to help, manager once told me & my cousins walked in & were told to leave immediately because we were young (12-14) & actually chased my cousin all the way to Pizza Hut, poor customer service in general, Naults Honda dealership in Manchester is better in every way.

Was not really impressed with their selection. it is a very large building however. I had looked for a decent set of gloves and didnt find any to my liking, or the model helmet I have been looking for.

Tried to have them change a tire, but because it came off a Ducati I was told their machine couldnt do this true of rim. Confirmed with Ducati shop that any regular motorcycle tire chanting machine could do it. Bad excuses

Just ended a four plus year relationship with these people. I got two friends to buy bikes from them, I bought two myself. Another friend was on his way this morning to meet me to get one. Needed to service the bike. Seems to be too much of an inconvenience for them. Matt is face of the dealership and seems to be overworked and always stressed. Couldnt make it for an appt last week for service. When I tried to reschedule, all I was met with from others there, not Matt, was what they couldnt do, and what I couldnt do. No one wanted to work with me to see what we could do to work around their hours and my work schedule. Today I went to see Matt to leave the bike for a few days to get the service done. Nope. He was too busy doing a state inspection sticker to be bothered with me. Wouldnt let me leave the bike on a Sunday for me to get later in the week. He Gave me my pre paid tire and told me to go elsewhere. I promised I wouldnt be back. He then said I dont know how this all blew up. As I tried to talk with him he walked away, outside. Why ask a question if you dont want an answer? I was there to continue doing business with HIM cause hed always been decent with me. He then told me this has nothing to do with me! I said dont you run the place? Yes I do . Not sure how it has nothing to do with him then? Today, his true colors showed. Take care7/7/18 Went to MOMS and bought a new KODIAK 700. May have paid more, I dont know. But, I was treated like my business mattered and, they didnt care what my name was or is.

Live local so Im, always going in here. Some of my buddys wouldnt go there because of a past parts guy but I explained to them that hes not there anymore so now they are going back because they let him go. Ive bought a gsx-r from them not one issue, a street bob with no issues, and now currently a nighttrain that they basically have given me for nothing . I read a few reviews from people that that didnt like them but Im guessing it was because of the older parts staff. if they dont have something they are always wiling to order it and I usually get it next day.

Worst experience Ive ever had a motorcycle shop. My boyfriend and I went in to look at a motorcycle for him and all they did was stare, were rude, and didnt help. They didnt even know what they were talking about on the bikes they had at their shops. Never going back there. Dont recommend for anyone.
