I have had them for the last 5 years. We have had some small troubles w them. Then they filled my tank instead of downstairs one when they ordere. They have terrible customer service. All the issues are the customers fault not anyone there. They were a few days late on deliveries. Id opt for any other company. Save yourself the time and aggravation.

Bruce L, came out to my Moms home to service her furnace. My Mom had not realized she hadnt had it serviced in far too long, and as a result a mere cleaning was not all it needed. It needed new parts, which Bruce discussed the reason and importance for replacing each part prior to doing so. We were having difficulties with our furnace on demand hot water heater, and Bruces very thorough work not only fixed our hot water but I felt also, that Bruce kept a genuine focus on making sure my Mom and I would be safe and warm. His customer service skills were exceptional, and his work ethic was excellent.

I wanted to share how I felt about the service techs at Rymes. I am sure they are all as good as Chris C but this young man made me feel confident in his knowledge and comfortable knowing the job was done right. it is nice to have someone explain all the work. if you are not a Rymes customer yet you are missing out.

Rymes sent Bruce L. came to my home in response to my call yesterday. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me posted about what he was doing. The odor I called about is gone as a result of his cleaning the furnace and replacing key parts. Im very pleased with the visit and service.

Rymes and Steve Clark are fantastic to work with. Steve has done several jobs at my house and every time he clearly explains what needs to be done, how much it will cost and how long it will take. He is also very good with suggesting alternatives that will save money and extend the life of the system.

I switch from another Oil supplier due to poor customer service. I could not be happier with Rymes. Today I had a service tech named Matt come out to quote a new oil hot water heater. He was super informative, professional, and provided top notch customer service. I will be asking for Matt specifically the next time I need service.

Rob L visited to perform annual maintenance on our oil burning furnace. He did an excellent job and was extremely knowledgeable about the condition of our hardware. He also gave good recommendations on what is the expected life cycle for the furnace based on the condition and wear and tear to the equipment. Rymes is our preferred vendor for oil and services provider for annual maintenance to our system.

Dave P came out to deliver an emergency amount of fuel to last me until Monday. Turns out, I had plenty of fuel. When he took a look at the furnace, it had last been serviced in 2015! Yikes! Dave was wonderful, he spent a lot of time making sure the furnace would not give me any more trouble. A real professional.

Rymes is a great company all around. A family run business that goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Prices are always great and the service is top notch. There is no better propane/oil company in NH ....or New England for that matter.

I am currently out of oil, I understand that there are a lot of people going through that right now but I have been calling ALL MORNING. I called after 8, thats when they are supposed to be open. It is currently 12:30 and I still have not had a single live person take my call! I have called them 5 times and its an automated system that puts you on hold and I have stayed on the line for 20 minutes each call! What kind of business doesnt pick up the phone?? Date: 01/08/18

Came home to dead oil burner. Called Rymes and they were here in a few hours. Keith C was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem, showed me what was wrong and what he needed to do. I could not have asked for anyone with a better work ethic and attitude.

Called last Wednesday (the day b4 our areas delivery day) and tried to set up a drop. No luck. Now its Monday, no propane all weekend, and they want $105 more for an emergency delivery. Screw them, time for a new provider.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered oil back in December and prepaid prior to delivery. When I came home, the slip was on my door but my tank was still empty. I called right away and the woman assured me that they would send out another delivery and I wouldnt be charged again. A couple weeks later I started receiving letters from them attempting to collect a second payment. Ive called customer service numerous times since the incident and every representative there is extremely rude. I never received any calls back and now they are taking me to court for payment on the first delivery that I never received. Ive read numerous other reviews from customers experiencing similar situations with this company. Shady company with poor customer service. Their audacity to question my integrity is insulting. I will never do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and find another oil company.

We switched to Rymes as soon as they moved to the area before they bought out the defunct dirtbag Fuller. Service has alway been great, office staff is polite and helpful. Prices are competitive and our boiler service was great.

Had to edit my review. We have been using Rymes for hr last three years with no issues. During he last storm they proven what kind of company they really are. I called for oil before the recent cold snap. They immediately charged my CC (before delivery) and t took them eleven days to deliver oil. I was brig my newborn daughter home from the hospital and had almost no oil. I emailed them and called and got a response back promising oil. Well that day came and went. They claimed they had other customers with emergencies and despite me paying and calling days before this extreme cold I was bumped down in their list. I demanded to speak with managers left voicemails and no call backs. All in it took us eleven days to get our oil which we were immediately charged for. They wanted me to signup for automatic deliveries to avoid this in the future. Piece of advance for a family owned business when you charge for services the customer is always right. You charged us then delayed services and gave us the run around. We now have a new provider and will never use you again

Had a faulty boiler, no heat, and called Rymes to get a service tech. Rymes is my oil supplier and tune-up people, but this is the 1st time I have tried them for repairs. After my call to Rymes I got a call back in about 2 hours saying that the tech was en-route to my home. The tech (Dave Parent) asked me to describe my problem and listened without interruption, and then went to work. This was not an easy fix (in my opinion) and Dave went in, step by step, telling me why and what he was doing, not wasting any time, and an hour or so later we had heat. As Dave finished up, he complimented me on my boiler type, picked up ALL the mess he had made, wished me a nice day and left. If you have a heating problem, I suggest calling Rymes. If you do call Rymes, ask for Dave Parent. It will be an enjoyable experience.

I wish there was a 0 star option. Ive never had issues with delivery until now, but their customer service has always been absolutely terrible. We ordered oil on Tuesday because we knew we were getting low, and were told we would not be receiving delivery for a week! we ended up running out, we have 2 small children in the house and they do not care. None of it makes sense, they dance around all of my questions and concerns. All they have to say is put some diesel fuel in the tank which is a great temporary fix for like a day. Not a week. Will be looking elsewhere for a company with a little bit of compassion that cares about their customers

I cannot remember the technicians name but I live on Dartmouth Way in Derry NH. I’ve had horrible experiences with oil companies in the past, what a pleasant surprise to have a personable, knowledgeable and professional technician come to our house. Not only did he find the problem..explained everything he did and recommended (not in a pushy sales pitch way either) a long term solution for us. I will recommend rymes to all and will not be calling anyone else from here on out. Wish I could remember his name grrr... sorry rymes tech Lol. Well done my friend!Mike

After 15 years with Fred Fuller Oil, Rymes takes over and youre treated like a second class citizen.Why you may ask? Economic times are tough, with FFO I would get one fill up a year (250 gals only, because we heat with wood in the winter) and they would allow us to pay it at will but made sure it was paid off before our next delivery. Rymes says NO now we need COD. Thanks for the help Rymes. NOT

Came out to do an estimate for new gaskets, flanges and a tune up. Told us youd call or email the estimate and never heard from you again. Even called reception and she said shed get right on it...still nothing. A month later. Thanks for wasting my time.

We have placed an order long time ago. Scheduled to delivery for Wednesday. But bc we had an storm on Tuesday we have to pay extra 105$ ?????!!!!!!..... This should be illegal.
