The experience with this dealer purchasing a tractor and attachments has been excellent due to the customer service. The after-sales support has also been good. Great price for the sale, always has parts in stock, service has been responsive. Serviced tractor at the house a few times. Even where there were issues that pop up (which can happen with anyone), the overall customer service has been great and makes up for any minor issues Ive experienced. I have interacted with Jeff, Will, David, and Dan and all have been great to work with.

I like to support local businesses. When my 25 year old John Deere snowblower wasn’t working well I called them . For $42.00 they offer a pickup and delivery which is way better than moving a 200 lbs plus snowblower down to them. They revived the old machine for reasonable cost and it is running like new. Well done.

He pointed out many driving techniques to reduce wear and helped walk me thru the tractor in some ways that sales didnt do on the delivery of my tractor.Come here yes for a tractor, however, I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough for their service acumen, professionalism and complete thoroughness. I proudly clean the dirt and grass stains off my Rosencrantz sticker as vehemetly as the John Deere enbossing throughout. I picked up an entry level tractor but the attention and service I got felt as I am purchasing a Mercedes. Ive always wanted to get a John Deere Gator and last week I finally made the decision to make the call to get one. I did a search and the top place locally for a Gator was James Rosencrantz in Kennsington. I made the call and got connected to Rick who let me know what they had in stock and then put up with all my questions about the XUV :) We agreed that I would come in to check out a XUV590M and showed up a noon the next day to look at it. Everything from the phone call to getting financing set was excellent and the best part was Rick was very responsive which is key when your making any type of large purchase. Today I took delivery of my Gator at home and couldnt be more excited to start using it. Would recommend anyone looking for a Gator or any other John Deere product to give Rosencrantz a call as my experience was superb.!!

Rude and arrogant over the phone especially the guy in parts. Maybe its the same family and the money goes to the same place I find it worth noting that Kensington is much more polite and much more service oriented.

The staff here perfectly diagnosed a problem my machine had. They also explained the function of the replacement part in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

Very poor service! Brought my x300 in for service, never followed up before replacing parts on the machine and it ran fine before service work. NOW it wont even stay running.
