We are building a new home and in need of Garage doors. I googled came upon Hicklin Door service and what a blessing. We worked with Dana. We had lots of questions and she so patiently and kindly replied quickly being very thorough in her response. She must have given us 5 quotes on different door styles and sizes for we changed our mind a couple times. We finally finalized the order and payment was very easy beings we were working from a distance. We did this all over phone and email for we live 4 hours away...being very confident of what took place we are excited to have these doors installed. Everything about Hicklin Door Services was amazing. Friendly receptionist took my information and I was able to give her the information about the broken spring on my sectional 16 x 7 garage door. Ive had service techs come before only to say they need to order a part. So I gave the information for the spring and she said it wouldnt be a problem. Greg called me when I was told he would and he showed up in a timely manner. Greg made quick work of it and also gave tips to help everything last longer with lubricant. Stress free experience and would gladly recommend them for any of your door needs.

We called Hicklin to repair or possibly replace our garage door opener that had suddenly stopped working. I had tried to troubleshoot a few things and thought that we might end up needing a new unit. They first tried everything to see if we could make our current garage door opener work again, but it was 15 years old and done working. We had them install a new unit and so far, so good. They were on time, professional, and replaced the units in a very timely fashion. We have used them in the past (at our previous address) and decided to use them again because of the great job they did. I would call them again and recommend them to anyone looking for help!

After meeting with three local garage door companies I was impressed with Hicklins Garaga products and their show room floor. So wanting a top notch product I went with the more expensive quote and ordered a black Garaga garage door from Hicklin with frosted windows across the top. Garage door came in the correct color however with clear windows. The garage door also had streaks running up and down which when the sun hit it you could easily see from the street. They reordered the windows and attempted to fix them on site. The work was horrible. The window frames were not put back in right and they were not flush with the door. Some of the gaps were so large I could put my finger back behind the trim. Now the response below will say this reference was over exaggerated but sadly its not. Well..... to make a long story short after 5 garage doors and over 6 months later I had a door with frosted windows and without streaks. Since I had to move things in and of my garage for each install as well as taking time off work numerous times I asked Hicklin if they or Garaga would credit me anything back. I was quickly told NO! In the end I am happy with my garage door however after all the headaches Hicklin and Garaga should of made it right...

At the time, was a little disappointed in the length of time to get it repaired, but that was pretty much with whomever I called. Cost and options for color were the initial reason I choose Hicklin. 1/3 the cost of other insulated doors from others. Installers came got to work right away and their work is great. Door opens smoothly, color fits perfectly with the houses color scheme. Top notch...will definitely refer if given and option to.

WARNING: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This is the most, no paid review you can have.I cannot believe this company has 5 star reviews. We purchased one of their “top” garage doors because we trusted the salesman knew what he was talking about, we paid thousands and thousands for it, the mother board died approximately 6 months after we bought it, it was supposed to be replaced by the company at no cost because it has a life guarantee, however, we had to pay for an emergency call that cost a lot of money because of course they take advantage that a client can’t leave a garage door opened and have thousands and thousands of valuable items available to thieves. Now, 6 months later the garage door presents problems again, it doesn’t not want to close, we had a technician come yesterday to fix it, we were told on the initial call that it was only gonna be $55 as “maintenance” for the winter and when the technician was done he was trying to charge us $187. It broke down a day after that, so we call and we are asked to leave the garage door opened as is all day until tomorrow, expecting us to sleep in the garage or stay up all night so nothing gets stolen, however every time that we call about the garage breaking down they say they are not responsible for it and that we have to pay pay pay, like in this case again.I took the time to be as specific as possible on my review so no one else makes the mistake of hiring this company because all you’re gonna have is headaches, bad service and charge after charge that the company should be responsible for

I have trusted Hicklin Doors for new products and repairs for ten years. I called Hicklin Doors (Dana) this weekend for a large garage repair and another small door that needed the springs adjusted. They answered the phone right away and set me up for a repair immediately. Andrew came out in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable as well as professional in dealing with the two issues. I will be purchasing a new door in the near future through Hicklin Doors and would highly recommend their staff for outstanding customer service and quality products.

I had a great experience with Hicklin. I called on Monday, a rep was able to come out Tuesday to take a look at the garage and came back on Wednesday to install the new door opener. It took him less than two hours even with a custom vaulted ceiling. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional and the final cost was still under my budget which was great. I was incredibly pleased with the whole experience of working with Hicklin. They had someone out quickly to get our estimate pulled together. Their pricing and timeline were the best of 3 quotes I got from around the metro and their team was on-time and did a great job with install and clean up. We had an issue with the brackets of our garage door coming loose and called Hicklin on a Sunday and got an appointment for the following day. Ryan stopped out and was so wonderful in walking us through everything that needed to be done and recommendations going forward.
