Everything about my repair job & experience was perfect. I went in for an iPhone 8Plus battery replacement & was done within 15min. Getting it started was easy & afterwards the battery performed significantly better with no damages to the rest of my phone. My desktop PC stopped working recently, so I took it to Zombie Techs for a diagnostic. It turned out the motherboard had gone out and I needed a replacement.They were very transparent about what needed fixing and gave me the option to upgrade other components at a reasonable price. I have to say my machine is working faster than it ever has.I recommend bringing your laptop or desktop here if you have any issues whatsoever.

I cracked the screen on a Nokia 7.2 - not a lot of places can fix this, but Zombie Techs did. Maybe about 2 years ago my surface pro 4 hit the floor on the edge of fold-able tablet leg, of course the screen cracked. The screen was cracked just about everywhere. After 2 years I deiced to get it fixed, this place is showed up on google maps. I gave this a try, got a quote, thought about it and had my surface fixed for a really good price in my mind. Its amazing to see my surface look so new, Ive had the surface for about a week and no problems with the screen at all. The guy there Sebastian is really good and professional. Service was fast in my mind, overall really enjoyed going here to get my surface fixed.

My phone was not starting/charging and they listed off a few things it could be. They took the phone in the back and came back 15 minutes later and said it was charging fine and that it was probably the charging cable. They could have been dishonest, they could have up sold me parts I didn’t need, they could have charged me a service fee but they didn’t. And because of that they will have a customer for life. I will gladly pay a premium for honesty and integrity.

I have used Zombie Techs more than once during Crisis computer failures. Each time the men there were calm, understanding, they LISTENED. One time he was able to fix the problem while I waited, and in the next, was able to have the problem diagnosed and fixed in 24 hours. The pricing is excellent for the speed and quality of the work. It sure beats the big box stores and way outdoes any service where I have to mail in my computer. If you have not tried Zombie Techs yet, I suggest you run, not walk to their most convenient location!

Sebastian at ZombieTechs helped us when our computer was no longer working properly. He assessed the problem and gave us recommendations. We followed up with his recommendations and had our computer home and working within a few days.

Amazing service. I went in with a broken PC and even in the middle of this pandemic mess, they were very quick to answer the phone, and kept me updated through my entire repair process. They also have a very cheap diagnostic service and what I spent on diagnostic was discounted from the parts and labor for my fix. They had to order parts for my PCs repair, so most of the time waiting was just waiting on delivery. Obviously mileage will vary depending on what you need done, but from dropoff to pickup, including waiting on parts to arrive, it took less than a week for my particular issue.

Update: Just had my laptop done there. Still 5 stars for awesomeness! Best repair place no contest!They do amazing work! Had new screen put in on my old Galaxy S7 edge. Going to give it to mom as a backup. Great prices for the service too. Also have updated laptops for sale and do updating for all old laptops. They did mine, to make them faster and work like new. Anything I need fixed from now on goes here! Go there! Its worth it!

Excellent personal service. Took the time to show me what was wrong with my laptop, (keypad was shorted out by too much cleaning with disinfectant) which caused all kinds of havoc. Replaced keypad and walked me thru all the functions until I was satisfied with the repairs. Will definitely use them for any future electronic issues.

I first came in here for a screen replacement. They replaced my iPhone 6s screen in fifteen minutes for just $70, way less than the Apple store was going to charge me. The repair tech Sebastian was very respectful, and the service was excellent. I ended up going back to buy one of their used laptops for college at a great price, and it runs very well! 100% would recommend.
