Be very careful with this place! The owners/managers seem like scam artists. They will charge people different amounts and sell counterfeit products (see other reviews as well). I will not support these low lifes with another dollar again.

I bought a cartridge from here and told the guy i really didnt know much about vaping since i was just starting and honestly i felt dumb talking to the guy because he was really unfriendly and not helpful at all i use the cartridge one day and know its leaking oil and when i try to smoke it does really work and all i get is the taste of the oil in my mouth this is very bad costumer service first off all and know my piece doesnt work horrible horrible place please take your money else where!!!

Seemed like a nice place but they sold me a counterfeit Mr.Fog disposable vape. First red flag was the flavor. I did some more digging and the security code was invalid and packaging was off. Pretty disappointed, worst part is that they charge more for a fake then the real product. Wont be returning here.

I have to say that my experience has changed from the first time I came and gave my review of this place. I came in to exchange a plastic box of cigarette holder, I didnt need it so I wanted a refund cause I bought it the day before. To my knowledge I come to find out that all sales are final and they dont do any refunds. Now come on, Im a good customer and a faithful customer and this is how I get treated? Even an exchange for another product wouldve been ok but I was basically told to bad keep it for later I guess was what I was told. Now is that how you treat your faithful and good customers? Well Im not shopping their no more. Im taking my business down the street and I suggest you guys do the same. At least they treat you better their for the same if not even cheaper prices. Sorry but this place is a thumbs down for me.

Garbage place. Stale woods. For 11 and some change should b at least fresh. Especially when smoke shop on Golf Rd have them for $10.00 and most importantly FRESH. Definetly Better spots around area with better prices.

Best vape shop Ive been to. Joe is very knowledgeable on mods and vaping and the ways to use them effectively. The shop has a variety of different juices, mods and parts to keep current mods functioning properly. I would highly recommend this shop. Dont hesitate.

They have the fewest amount of cigarettes Ive seen in a tobacco shop. They advertise lotto ticket good luck on that one they dont. They only sell hookah. Stopped in to see what they have and was out of the store in seconds. Not a nice place.

This place is the most legit shop around here. Ive done the one in Niles and was loyal to colossal before they sold and turned to junk. Just went to that ex-collosal today before finding this spot. Brand New to committing to vape. Day two willingly, Im a steady smoker, I love it. But its deadly and nasty. After coming here I know Im not going back to cigs. Joe matched my smoking blend perfectly with a bottle the other shops dont even have. Their salt lineup is unreal and I just found out how the vape game switched to salt last month. If you want to quit cigs you can. Save money kick the stench. I believe you can do it if you step in here and spend a couple packs on a juul type and a bottle of refill and youre good. Even if youre a menthol smoker like me. Ive tried but always doubted. Check this place out, give it a shot.

Sky is the best smoke and vape shop in Desplaines hands down, and tell them Cosmic sent you.

Ive been vaping for a little over a month now and have been looking for a shop in the area to be the only store i go to. After a few let downs at other shops for various reasons(basically just not being professional) I came across Cloud TVH. This is what Ive been looking for, huge selection of juices, great rewards program, knowledgeable and professional. Prices are where they should be and the owner prides himself on never being out of stock(big problem at other shops). The hardware looked to be a little pricey(somewhat normal) from what little i know after only a month of vaping but the juice prices and selection is far above and beyond any of the other 6-7 shops Ive visited so far in the area. My hats off to Cloud TVH and ill be back soon!!
