Ferguson is consistently a go to place for designing and repairing with knowledgeable friendly staff.

I have worked with Ferguson for over 15 years. I cant say everythings always been perfect but they always make it right for me. Had worked with Shannon for years until she was promoted, which was well deserved. Continued to work several years with Kat until she recently retired. Very sad to see her go but even as the manager Shannon has stepped in to handle our account and has done an excellent job as always. Their supply chain is second to none. Even when my main contact is tied up all of the other sales people have always been very cordial to look up things and help assist in any way they can if I needed immediate help. Why someone would give them a low rating when they failed to call ahead and make an appointment is beyond me. I guess people mainly like to voice their opinion online when they have a complaint. I was dissatisfied with the call center call routing when I called but Shannon even fixed that for me. I would highly recommend Shannon and have dealt with other Fergusons in different cities with equal satisfaction.

Judy Kelley held my hand through the tough process of buying the correct material for a remodel. Sometimes buying the correct equipment is hard, she knows her stuff. I was given fair prices as well!! Go see her...

Cool selection but a bit pricey.

After purchasing top of the line Bosch stove top, built in oven, microwave and dishwasher, the microwave turntable quit working on the second use. The oven also stopped working. We were under warranty and I made a call to Fergusons, expecting them to send someone out to repair our appliances. That is NOT how it works. They evidently contract repair work out and since we live in Freeport, we were/are not in Boshs service area. We got a complete run around and at least a month without our new oven and many phone calls later one of the repair companies in Panama City was able to diagnose the problem in the electrical circuit which we were able to take care of. For the microwave we have had no luck getting the part we need to fix the turntable. It is a small plastic piece that fits under the turntable. The service guy in Panama City who promised to order it 6 weeks ago will no longer answer my phone calls. Ten days ago I talked with Fergusons asking them to just get and send me the part and I could install it. I sent a picture and model numbers of the part to our sales girl that sold us the Bosch appliances. Last week I followed up with her via email and she has not responded. I feel burned by this store in so many ways. After spending $8000 no one informed us we were NOT in a service area, making our warranty void. Their service system totally sucks. I would never never buy another item from this company.

Prices are ridiculous. Look online for the same stuff and save some $$$$

The worst experience I have ever had. These people are such snobs and they do not want to do anything that involves customer service unless you are buying a million dollars in products.I would not rate this place at even one star except that it will not let me review unless I put one star.

The times open are incorrect. Google says open on Saturday. We drove for an hour only to find they are closed Saturday and Sunday
