Great shoe selection however their air conditioner was out not working very hot unfortunately.

Worse customer experience. Shoe box and sign for the shoes I wanted, along with all the other boxes of the same shoe said $19.99. They rung up as $24.99. I informed the clerk the price said $19.99 and his response was “the box is never right” and proceeded to ignore me and still charge me what they rung up as. I contacted customer care and they told me they can’t “honor and misleading prices” as the shoes were on sale but went back to the regular price.Any other store would have honored what the price said. They really need to change their price signs if they aren’t going to honor them.

Nice, clean place with plenty of brand name shoes. Went in to get my granddaughter some Teva sandals and walked out with a pair of flip flops for me as well. They have a daily BOGO 50% off. Tuesdays and some holidays as well have 10%off for military as well. Tucked into the far North Eastern corner of silver sands outlet.

I was struggling to find a pair of shoes because I prefer wide sizes. I asked the man working if he could order wide sizes for me in a few different styles (which is what I did last time I was there.) Without looking on the computer to see if it was even an option, he just told me “it’s not available.” After several rounds of this, I asked him to show me specific brands with wide sizes available. He shrugged and said “they’re scattered around the store.” At this point I felt like I was begging for him to help me. I started to do one final loop around the store when he stopped me and told him I needed to leave because it was time for them to close. I immediately put the shoes back that I planned on buying and went to exit, when I realized they had locked the doors with customers still inside (which is illegal, by the way.)

Got some sweet heat on my feet ready to hit the street for meet and greets and maybe a little eats !

Great selection and bogo deal. Most shops in the area have a line to get in and then .ercha disease is all basic black white gray. Our family like colors and patterns. Bought 2 great pairs of Nikes, rainbow crocs, and Nike sandals for a great price!

Went in to buy 2 pairs of athletic shoes. Prices were marked different then what I was charged. It should have been 20$ cheaper with the bogo. If the prices marked are only for rewards members why wasnt I asked if I wanted to be one?? I will be calling the store tomorrow.

Nice selection of shoes of different brands. Better value than the other shoe stores that I visited in this outlet mall. Recommended!
