Really nice on the inside. And had some really nice deals! Got 3 purses for the price of 1. And Michelle was LOVELY! Very sweet and so was everyone else in the store. Will be back next time come back.

I am highly upset at this place. Their new times and date were not posted. Came over from Panama city on a Monday and they were closed Mondays on the door. Tried a different week on a Tues and they have posted on their door that they are now closed Tue. Here again on a Friday at evening at 4:30. The door says they are closed on Fridays at 5. And they will not open the door for us. Very awful customer service.

I gave it a 5 star because this is my favorite store and they have the best selections and amazing customer service! Gina Gallegos always takes care of me whenever I visit the store! She is pleasant and knowledgeable of all the MK products. I always visit every time I am in town and they never disappoint! I love the sale and extra discounts offered. Gina is an asset to MK store! Make sure you visit and ask for her.

Everytime I go to the Destin store Gina Gallegos always is there greeting me with a smile and always answers every question I have about the products they have. Best sales representative at the store. I always leave with amazing purses and a lasting impression! I will be returning soon to make another purchase.

Buyer beware! Unethical practices. Two identical purses were 2 different prices. One was about $50 more. The lady at the counter said the higher price was correct. It was higher than the retail price. She said that they put higher prices on them when they come here from the retail store. And then they mark them 70%off. So, they are really not cheaper outlet prices bc they are marking them up before they mark them down.

Best one I have been to in destin miramar

I felt rushed!! I went to return a handbag I had purchased, according to my receipt thats not a problem. However, it was for the woman working there! She made me feel uncomfortable & rusher in picking out an exchange handbag. Im not happy with my $150 handbag.

It was great, just upset I wanted a luggage style wallet but they were in transition to acorn....so they had no exact match for my bag....but nonetheless a great experience. Thanks guys for going the extra mile to try and find a match.

So my wife walked in to this store before my son and I did and one lady seemed to be really nice to my wife and the rest stared at her like she wasn’t supposed to be in there. Once me and my son walked in there afterwards the alarm beeped (which we were just at Levi’s before that and the alarm didn’t beep) so one of the girls walks up staring at our bags like we had stolen something and said “you might want to check all your bags and see if an alarm tag is still attached” and I responded that there isn’t because we had just left the store we bought clothes at and there was no tags left on them but I emptied out the bags anyways and sure enough, nothing on the clothes. The whole time in here we still got stared at like we were low life criminals then we go up to check out and pay for my wife’s wallet and the cashier chick acted completely snobby to us and was rude. We shouldn’t have bought a damn thing from this place and we won’t be back. Coach never treats us like this when we’re down here and neither does Kate Spade. This place needs to re-evaluate their employees. The funny thing is, my wife probably has more designer bags than any of the employees do!

Great deals but I refuse to deal with the staff. One woman in particular is rude every time. She is a very thin older blonde woman who literally just stares at customers instead of offering to help. Cant imagine how she has a job in customer service.

I love my new bag!! However the service here was horrible. The lady was rude and not very helpful. In fact all the staff here was stuck up and snobby. I like Michael Kors products but I wont come back to this particular store!

Got a fantastic deal on 3 items. Prices were better than the Coach, Dooney and Burke and Kate Spade stores at the Outlet Mall.

Great place to buy but some of the salesperson are to pushy especially at the cash register bought me 2 purses and a matching wallet she still offered a cleaner for what I was buying and she insisted I need 1 more matching wallet, I didnt want to be rude but I knew what I want when I decided that I was ready to pay.

A little disappointed with my visit. They lack in customer service. Not one sales associate ask to assist me during my visit. I looked at a few purses I was interested on online, and decided to drop buy at this location, while on vacation in Destin, right after our beach trip.I entered eager to make a purse and wallet purchase, but only found a wallet that I was intrested in. Im certain had an associate assist me they may helped me locate it. The only associated that approached me did so with a stoic face to arrange items near me ( tall slim female approx in her late 40-50s). A handful of employees available and not one asked to assist me- very disappointing.However, Jamie, the cashier, was very polite. Thats the type of associates they need on the floor.
