Unless you really need office supplies ASAP, I personally would recommend comparing prices with other places before you make your purchase. Their prices are simply outrageous. And if you need an assistance its not easy to get as if staff members are hiding from customers. I only utilize their copier and fax services, for everything else I take my business elsewhere.

I wanted to give a shout out to Bryan at Office Depot in Miramar Beach, Fl. He works in the print department, which is what I needed. He provided excellent customer service and I appreciate that so much as a business owner. Thank you so much!

He came out and quickly helped take the it apart so it would fit and gave us the Allen wrench so we could put it back together at our apartment. It was greatly appreciated!

One of the best Business support stores in a very long time of doing business. MARK in the Printing shop displayed a caring and highly professional attitude while assisting me while under stress. I had a lot of work to be done...Mark and his manager went out of their way to help me in a way that at times I felt guilty. although I was under stress to perform in my company, I left feeling motivated, proud and happy to be living in a place that produces such amazing human beings! god Bless yall Office Depot, Mark, the manager...you make life a little easier!

I was at the office depot today trying to print business cards and one of the employees from the printing department was really rude. He even didn’t know what to do, I ask him if my cards can be done today, he told me that he have a big list to do and there’s no way for him to do my business cards today. When I ask him to help me with the template and set up my business card he didn’t know how to do it. Also, he told me that I have 5 minutes before they will be closed and it’s only 4:45pm. I ask Mark he is a operation manager help me after I spend almost 30 minutes trying to print business cards. I believe that He is the only one who knows what to do in this Entire store. Mark is very professional, know absolutely everything. In my Opinion he should be nominated for the best employees in Office Depot(Destin)Thank you very much Mark for your assistance

Ron gave me the best customer service I have received. He knew to the detail about the gaming chairs and was even able to see which one was on sale. Super knowledgeable about the printers too. If youre going here, make sure to see Ron!

Good Luck getting help!! My wife walked in as a few men sat at a front table and ignored her. Not saying hello or welcome to Office Depot. There were at least 7 employees scattered across the store .She had to track one down to help her. Thank God his pointing finger worked to say over there. The cashier was present but that is about all. She needed help to get her flat cart to the car with child in tow. No one seemed to interested in helping.. As she struggled to bring back the cart while in physical pain she gave a few Scolding words of how disappointed she was in there service . That is when a manager got off of his chair now at the front entrance and went to chaise her down to see what they had done wrong.At this point THEY ARE CLUELESS !!! This occurred just after Hurricane Michael. We always use The Panama City Store. They have award winning service especially with the lack of staff they have. I guess we are just use to better service.

The manager Rob was very helpful, kind and professional today. I had purchased a printer and technically was over my 14 day return policy but I called and explained I was having. Nothing but issues with it and he told me to come in. He definitely took care of me. I ended up getting a different printer as well as store credit for the difference. I appreciated being taken care of as a customer. I will continue to shop here as always.

Worse customer service and to top it off the worse manager running the store LAZY and has zero customer service skill does not know how to talk to paid customer!!!!! Worse experience I’ve ever had after nearly 8 years of spending money there there will be no return trip there and I will let everyone I know not to shop there!!!!

Good place to buy cheap water. Ok place for sales on items. terrible place for stationary or files/ folders as its way pricey and the return policy is not very long.

Terrible Personal Experience At This Store in Destin!I needed an image printed on a sheet of paper and labels. The night before, I went to the Printing Services area of the store and the employee was great. I was able to load the graphic, put it on an Avery template, put it in Word and print them out. He allowed me to get labels printed and a big version of the graphic on a sheet of paper.I went today to get that same graphic printed a little bit bigger, but the employee, Michael, said that he could not allow me to do that. He said that he would have to charge me a design fee to enlarge the graphic, the very thing I was able to do the night before by the very helpful staff member. I told him of my great experience last night and he said it was against store policy to do that. I then asked to see the store policy that describes the restriction since I was able to do the very same thing the night before, but he said it was against policy to show customers the store policy. I asked to speak to the store manager and he said that he was the manager. I told him to have a nice day and started to leave, then he said that there was another assistant manager I could speak to. He misrepresented himself to me by saying he was the store manager when, in fact, he (Michael) was not the manager of the store, only of the print services. By then, after being misled to believing he was the store manager and also being misled that there were *no* other printing services in Destin (he said I had to go to Ft. Walton Beach), I had enough and started to lose the ability to speak.I HIGHLY recommend not patronizing this store if Office Max/Office Depot staff are going to mislead customers in this fashion. There are many other options in Destin to get print and copy services. Per Google, the options include: The UPS Store, FedEx Office Print and Ship, Copy Systems Business Center, and more. Please consider spending your money somewhere else.

Every item of furniture we liked had to be ordered online. Bathrooms were clean.

Workers were just wandering the store and we couldnt get anyone to help us buy an office chair. We asked one guy, who said it wasnt his section, so we asked the manager, who said hed send someone over. No one came over.My daughter wanted to buy some earbuds, but the rack was locked. We asked a saleperson if they could get the earbuds for us, and he said he didnt have a key, but hed call someone. No one came. Then the manager wandered close to us, and I asked him, and he said he didnt have a key, but someone would be over soon.Finally, 10 minutes or so later, a salesperson was heading over to help us, and the manager stopped her, and asked her to come help him with something. 10 minutes later, she came back and said she didnt have a key, but shed go get one. She went up to the first guy we asked and he gave her the key.We had taken the tag from the chair we wanted to the register, and the cashier said Let me see if we have one in a box. She asked one of the guys to go check and he just wandered to the back of the store and never came back. My husband went back to check on him and he was standing in front of the wrong chair, saying, We dont have any in the box. Husband showed him the chair we were trying to buy, and he was told that they probably dont have that one in a box either, and the old guy wandered off again.We left and I ordered the chair online from Staples. Awful staff. Awful manager.

Went in for ink for my printer they had one set left, at checkout the computer system was so slow the employee kept apologizing because of how long it was taking...I wasnt in a hurry

The clerk on the register has the worse manners, I walked out and went to Best Buy.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Called to see if they had something available and they put me on hold for 26 minutes and counting. I finally hung up. Called Office Max and got my question answered in just two minutes.
