Just had the most amazing experience at The Cosmetic Company! The most helpful and knowledgeable ladies ever! Will return again…5 star experience!

I love this store! Associates are very helpful, knowledgeable, and always friendly. Every visit to this store turns to outstanding shopping experience. They have brought selection of great makeup, fragrances and skincare. You can’t beat prices they have for an amazing products. I gradually stopped shopping at Sephora. Which was my favorite makeup store. Why? Because this store offers everything you need, almost the same brands and products 70-80% cheaper. Expiration dates are the same as at other overpriced cosmetic stores. Therefore The Cosmetic Company Store is #1 for me!

Horrible service! They are the most rude people and so disappointed. Lisa G and another waited on me and they were so unprofessional and not polite at all! They were talking back to me and I am excellent customer!

I attempted to shop in this store and immediately stopped to wait outside for the 3 people in there to shop. Then made to wear a mask to come across the threshold. I dipped the mask below my nose and store associate screamed at me to pull it over my nose. Not once but twice. I finally took it off and threw it away. And walked out. As I did the store associate sprayed some kind of cleaner behind me as I walked out. This is gone past safe to ridiculous. Half of the shops had no mask policies and half did at this outlet. I want to spend my money in person not like this. If I could give a zero star I would.

These Ladies were fantastic. Even though theyve got a lot of covid restrictions they were very accommodating when we went to the store. They can only have a certain number of people in at a time but I felt extremely safe while in their store and they helped me look at anything that I wanted to look at and answered any and all questions. Super sweet super fantastic. I will definitely be back.

This place is fabulous! You could not ask for more courteous service or excellent knowledge of products. The sales are fantastic. You can never go wrong by purchasing your top of the line cosmetics from this establishment. You will be very pleased. They will always assist me in any way !

The ladies were very accommodating considering the COVID restrictions. They’re taking extra precautions which made me feel quite safe in the store. I am willing to not touch a product during a pandemic. My friend and I spent quite a lot of time in there and the ladies were very attentive and answered any questions we had.

This is my second visit to this store, and both times the ladies that work here have been amazing! Theyll pull out any item you want to look at and let you see it, and they really focus on getting you what youre looking for. The sales are always fantastic also, best prices Ive ever seen on these products!

Cursed at by the horrible “door monitor” as I was pulling my mask up to cover my nose. For the record, the mask mandate has been lifted and I was following their company’s rules by wearing one. NEVER shop at this store, EVER!!!

My experience was not great. As soon as I walked into the store an associate came up to me and let me know it was a touch free store. The lady said I will assist you if you need help. So then she followed me around like a hawk. I asked if I could look at a certain color makeup which they had testers. She let me see the bottle. I ask if she could take a qtip and dip it into the bottle where I could see the real color and she said this is all I can do and opened up the bottle where I can look in to the bottle. She made me feel like I was a nasty person and couldnt wait for me to leave the store. I usually spend up to $300 when I go in there but I left not spending a dime. Heres my suggestion just have the samples out and if someone wants to see the color use a qtip where the customer can really see the color.

I had a great experience in here Thanksgiving week. Even on Black Friday! All 3 Associates were friendly & helpful. I felt like Leilani went out of her way to help me test & pick my make up. Even with the Covid restrictions they have in place I was able to have a successful shopping trip.

Wife enjoyed it! Great prices.

Been coming to this store for YEARS. Always clean, organized, well stocked, and some great deals to be had. Yes, all sales are final, but you kind of have to expect that because it is a store that sells heavily discounted items. The staff couldn’t be any more helpful or friendly. They always check my purchases before I leave to ensure that product inside is pristine. And, they actually answer their phone if you have a question to ask before coming in. Shout out to Mary, you guys all rock. Love this place!

Don’t waste your time shopping here because you are not permitted to touch an item in the store. Employee was hostile, rude and wanted to argue with me concerning her views on COVID-19.

Apparently all sales are final but they dont let you know at the checkout counter or post it anywhere in the store. It is on your receipt but thats AFTER youve already made the purchase. Which is totally wrong and unfair!!

Associates appeared to be upset after not opening at the time given in the advertisement. 20 or more customers were waiting and they offered no explanation. Without customers you would close like other businesses in the area.

Unfortunately they don’t have Sweat Cosmetics products. Clean store nonetheless.
