Is there even ham on my sandwich is the question. Also guess pre made sandwiches are their thing now. Rather spend 45 minutes waiting for decent food then this again

RUDEST TEAM MEMBERS EVER!!! Just ordered a few sandwiches for take out and when we got home we realized one of the sandwiches was wrong. We called the store to let them know and David was as rude as rude can get! After explaining how the sandwich was wrong, he said, well what would you like for us to do?, my husband said, I dont know know, what do you think is fair?, to which he replied to come in and have them make it right. No problem so far, but then my husband said, sorry, I cant make it over there right now, Im on an electric bike and its too far to go, to which David said, well then, have a nice day (snarkily) and hung up!!! We called back to speak to the manager and the manner was even worse! He yelled at my husband telling him how its not his fault he cant come back over there and maybe if he comes tomorrow, which my husband tries to say, well there go!, why wasnt this offered before? And the manager just flew off handle and yelled incoherently and hung up on him again! Look, I get everyone has bad days, but to tell at your customers and hang up in them when theyre not even yelling at you?!?! Get a different job! Youre clearly in the wrong field!

Service was quick and professional. Ordered a spiral glazed ham for a special family dinner the process was quick and easy. Had lunch while we were there. The food was excellent service was quick. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and fast you cant beat the food! A wonderful experience from beginning to end!

Achieve all your thanksgiving needs, here. We purchased a ham, a turkey, gravy, green bean casserole, and the orange and cranberry fixings. We bought from them last thanksgiving, and everyone seemed to enjoy the food. Service was fast and friendly, we were probably in and out of the store, in less than 10 minutes. Now all thats left is to go home, throw it in some nice serving trays, with the fancy silverware, and boom Happy Thanksgiving, for everyone. So, if you don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking, this place is 4 you.

Quick lunch spot with good food!

Fast service, Don was very polite and thorough with explaining what we had placed to order for our meal on how to cook at home. Had great recommendations for replacements on items he was out of due to the holidays. We will definitely be back to order for Christmas 🎄

The wait in line was 3 hours but worth the wait. Recommend picking up food week prior to Thanksgiving. Staff was great.

Worst operation ever waiting in line for 3 hrs still sitting here. People cutting line and no order what so ever. Waited three and a half hours. Was put into the prepaid line which moved way slower than the pre-order line since they already had our money. They were out of the gravy and cake we had ordered, which they probably sold to people in the pre-order line. We did not receive a refund for the items they were out of. When they brought what they had of our order to us they forgot our ham. Had we not checked the bags and realized it was missing we would have left without it. It was a terrible experience.

OMG- holiday pick up is wild and people get very aggressive in their cars. If you order a ham for a holiday, be prepared to spend hours in your car (podcasts, playlists...)The ham was good. I dont know if it was wait in my car for 4 hours good, but it was wait in my car for like an hour or so good.

We went to honey baked ham to pick up our preordered ham and turkey. The line was crazy long, all the way from the store down to the beach and beyond. It took over two hours cause they had to have everyone stay in their cars to be safe. I couldn’t believe how long it took but when we got up there we saw how hard they were working. They were more efficient than chic-fil-a with what they had to deal with. We spoke to one of the managers, he was out there helping direct the cars, and he told us that they never received multiple shipments that were to have arrived that week. He said that due to that we may not receive our entire order and apologized. My wife and I told him we understood and would be happy with what we could get. After getting into the preorder line we moved up and saw dozens of employees working as fast as they could to keep the line moving. They were as prepared as they could possibly be. They even had a police officer who had volunteered to help keep the line orderly and moving along. I am thankful for the hard work they all gave to everyone that tried to get their orders. Everyone we talked to was very polite and helped us in every way they could. We will happily go back to this honey baked ham.

As always, great hams, we also had a sandwich which was equally great. Service was friendly and efficient, observed social distancing protocol.

I ordered a ham for Thanksgiving this year as I have for the past few years. This is the first year that I felt disappointed. I had placed and paid for my order online which was supposed to be the faster option When I got to the sore at my selected pickup time the line was insane. There was no clear direction on where the prepaid orders were supposed to go. After waiting for some time I was finally approached by an employee who re-directed me which was still confusing, however once I figured out where I needed to be it did go more smoothly. The ham itself is the smallest ham Ive received and the most expensive. I was charged $50.00 for a ham that is labeled $37.48. If your going to overcharge maybe you should remove the real price.

Very unprofessional, unprepared to service myself and other customers with adequate efficiency. We preordered our ham for Thanksgiving and was unable to receive it due to the unpreparedness from Honey baked Ham Company associates. Never will shop there again after the store manager came out speaking rudely and belligerent to customers waiting in a car line that took up a block long or more. Very unfortunate experience

We waited 3 hours for items that we had pre-ordered. They were out of some of items once we got to the front. They were very disorganized for an established business, and it doesn’t make sense how long it took them to fulfill each order. I’m giving an extra star for the quality of the items received, but the logistics experienced yesterday are inexcusable.

Best deal is to order the ham online then pick it up. No crowds and no lines. It is the safest way during this pandemic season.

Thanksgiving Destin Fl. preorder but not prepaid line of cars being taken care of a lot faster than prepaid. We were prepaid. They had our money so our line moved 10 times slower than people who had not prepaid! They were unprepared to handle the business. One person who could be filling orders was walking down the line of cars asking for your order number. She wrote it down on a piece of paper and handed back to you??? Just told us they did not have all our prepaid order. They were out so they sold it to someone else!!!!!!

Excellent food, excellent service, reasonable prices. A time-honored favorite in the Destin area.

Even though they are supposed to close at 6pm if you show up after 5:30... They say they stop making sandwiches at 5:30. Thanks for nothing...

We ate sandwiches inside, and while they were good, the illusion of freshness was lost due to them microwaving everything in front of us. I know that many places are not as fresh as they seem, but at least they keep the microwaves out of sight. Everything you buy from them is premade and frozen.

I am appalled at the manager of this establishment. As a consumer and a believer of Honey Baked, I was in there comparing pricing versus Publix. Aside from him quoting incorrect pricing that He is the same as Publix per pound, He specifically stated; that stuff is cardboard. Any good manager would never degrade their competition. A good manager displays integrity of their company. I was ready to spend about $60 in his store today until he degraded his competition. After his degrading comment I simply said; well actually I had it at my cousins house 3 weeks ago, and it was super super good which is why Im in here comparing pricing with you today. Because of what you just said, Im leaving, so you just lost a sale. I have no interest with unkind people. And a manager of such ugliness doesnt deserve my business. In all honesty, its Honey Baked....the name sells itself and he didnt even need to say anything. Because of his attitude, he doesnt even deserve a one-star rating.

Waited 25 minutes only to be told I could no t purchase a boneless ham without a pre order. A sign would have been helpful as I was not the only one. All other items were available however.

We ordered for Christmas. The meal was excellent, but the proportions were shockingly small. A meal for 8 people was $180.00 and we had NOTHING left over. We did the same thing for Thanksgiving but ordered from 98 BBQ in Santa Rosa Beach. 98 BBQ was much better for the price.

I love the Chef Salad! The portions are so large and there is always a ton of meat on my salad. Christina at the counter did a great job and repeated my order to make sure she got it correct. One of my favorites for lunch.

I have been to the Destin Honey Baked Ham store several times in the past three weeks. Wow...is all I can say. I was welcomed as soon as I entered; I was greeted by the owner/operator and had a terrific conversation regarding his business and products. I was treated like a family member...it just doesnt get much better.

No organization! We placed the order the night before and received the confirmation immediately. The confirmation said theyd be open at 8am today. Apparently, nobody told the local store here. They opened at 9am. When they DID open, I got some sides and tried to get some ham salad. The manager told me Id have to wait 2 hours because their folks were working on catering and they had NO ham salad. I get it. This is a seasonal product but it would seem they could have been better prepared and organized to handle the Holiday rush. My complaint is with the SERVICE at the local store. NOT the product.

The people working there are friendly. I though the sandwich I purchased was a little skimpy on the meat and sandwich was a little salty. I think it was the ranch dressing. It was good but not my favorite sandwich.

Had a voucher that says does not expire and was told i could not use it because they were having problems with the local radio station who printed them. Very poor customer service. They could have at least given the sandwich and informed me of what was going on. I have had the voucher for well over 3 years.

I brought my free lunch coupon for Veterans Day. They said they weren’t participating, but offered me a 20% discount. Hmmm. A whole 20%. Thanks but no thanks. Wish I could offer 20% of your freedom. I won’t be going here again.I responded to the company via the customer service portal as they requested over a month ago and never heard back from them. Merry Christmas to you and goodbye. As you can see they responded only to give the impression that they care. If they truly did then I would have gotten some kind of a response.

I normally dont post on these sights, but after reading Michelle Brumbaughs post, I had to respond. I was an employee of Honey Baked at this time. Michelle worked at the Diabetes and Endocrine center behind us. She had a problem with everyone in the complex. This store was the most hygiene conscious business I have ever worked for. Everyone in the complex looked out for each other and the clients and patients of their fellow businesses. I watched many times as our employees helped patients in their cars and putting up their wheelchairs. When my fellow employees took smoke breaks, they did it in a designated area behind a wall. There were also strict policies about washing hands when coming back to work. As I said, I dont normally post to these, but I had to set the record straight when I read Michelles post.

Great choice for lunch - reasonably priced and lots of choices! I highly recommend the broccoli salad. Their hams are also a family favorite during the holidays.

Great service! We went to get a ham and wanted some turkey salad as well, but they were out. They went back and made more just for us, and gave us a bag of candied nuts as an apology for the wait. Totally unnecessary, but very nice. They also have discounts for locals and military.

Once again, our Honeybaked ham at the Thanksgiving table was delicious. Only issue we had was small pieces of bone stuck to the meat as a result of the spiral cutting process. Never had this issue previously. Had to pick through meat of the little ones. Otherwise all good.

Hope they get new servers before the weather turns cool because they have great soups!. Im not fond of lukewarm soup and snarky servers like I had today.

NOT ONLY IS THEIR FOOD TERRIBLE, THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS FAR AS THEIR CIGARETTE SMOKING OUT BACK AND THEN ATTENDING TO THE FOOD AND LEAVING THE BACK DOOR OPEN AS THE SMELL COVERS THE INSIDE OF THEIR ESTABLISHMENT. THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE PARKING LOT DUE TO THEIR LACK OF UNPROFESSIONAL ISM TO THE SURROUNDING DOCTOR OFFICES PATIENTS ESPECIALLY THEIR ELDERLY PATIENTS AND THE SEMI TRUCKS THAT TAKE UP THE PARKING. I OVERHEARD THEM SPEAKING TERRIBLE TO THE PEOPLE IN THE PARKING LOT AS WELL AS THE POLITE NURSE WHO ASKED THEM TO MOVE THEIR VEHICLE FOR A CANCER PATIENT AND THEY ARE RUDE AND JUST OUT RIGHT TERRIBLE ALL AROUND! I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS HONEY BAKED HAM!

We have been here in Destin 4 days & HBH is the only place weve eaten at where the staff didnt treat us like tourist! Very helpful & friendly. Not to mention great place for lunch. Love the fresh made chicken & ham salad for taking to the beach.
