The bookstore closes too early. If I work from 8-5 Monday through Friday like the average person then I will always have trouble getting materials I need for class. Yall need to have this bookstore open everyday until 8 for the first few weeks of school.

I called to the financial aid office that lady was so rude and unprofessional. I really need to talk with someone about that who can take care of her.. impolite lady does not deserve to work on this position

I am in the process as we speak of trying to sign up for classes and make sure everything is in order for my Future for Frontliners program. I am a healthcare worker and have worked the entire pandemic. I call the financial aide office to get a little guidance and the gentleman was so rude, I asked several questions because I have not taken classes at WCCCD in over 10 years, he actually began to get frustrated with me. I asked to speak with someone that could answer my questions if he could not, again he explained it is for me to figure out and make an informed decision and he hung up on me. I am transferring from Macomb County Community College and there is a huge difference in the service and professionalism. I really hope this is not a reflection of how my journey with WCCCD will be like. Please do better!

Normally things are in stock.

Straight clubbin. Radio was on blast. Felt like I was clothes shopping at the mall. Lady at the counter was cool. Plus the 5 hour energy drinks were cheap.

Most of them are rude and they have bed attitude. Also adviser some adviser got bed attitude. I wish could talk with somebody who’s their boss

Wonderful I learn alot.

The books are pricey, but good after class is over for a reference material.
