I located this inner city, family owned and operated business on Google, when all of the other brand repairers, within a 22 mile radius, were either closed, closing soon or had a lead-time of 14 days before my mower would even be looked at. I read reviews and called first to confirm that they service my brand of lawn mower and their hours, because of COVID-19 and after being greeted with a smile and heard as I explained what I needed. I cant wait to pick up my mower.

Went to visit this place today the staff was friendly, professional, and engaging. I need a blade remover and a new o e installed they did it within 10 minutes. This was my first time going here. Drop my mower off on Thursday at 1230pm.called the next day was told it takes 3 to 5 days just for them to look at the mower.still have not heard anything from them.no its the holiday. And also the female answering the phone was very rude. As of June 2 still dont have my lawn mower fixed.this so service has had my mower since May 24.this makes no sense.

Dropped off my snow blower on Monday. They told me they were busy and they wouldnt get to it until tomorrow. I also asked that if the repairs were going to be more than $80 to be notified and said that was not a problem.After not hearing from them, I called Thursday for an update. I was told it hadnt been looked at yet but Id get a update before the end of the day.They called me Friday afternoon and notified me it was ready for pick up but my total was $125.So, not only did they fail to even come close to being able to estimate the repair time, they failed to communicate regarding my one request.
