The rep was able to do what I needed in less than 5 mins and I was on my way. Usually I recieve a text notification for any changes to my account including bill pay, howeved; I didnt get on so Im unsure if the money was added for sure or not
The rebates they tell you never come .... Here is what happened to me.I was approached at my place of business that there was a short term promotion from AT&T ON HWY 2 by Nicki . I have 6 phones and 2 i-pads connected to my business. I only share this so you dont fall into the trap I did. Nicki said My bill would go down $350 dollars a month and I was promised a $900. debit card. I received the first card for $90. I was surprised. I stopped in the store and they told me that the rest of the refund debit cards would be coming. My receipt that I had said I had a rebate coming . Then I received $230. from them several months later. Still Short. I dropped my card back to Nicki and she said she would Have the manager call Me . NOTHING HAPPENED . No one called?So today nearly 10 months later i stopped to see what I could do to get this handled. The manager Jeff Wanted nothing to do with me. He said, this is turned over to the corporate lawyers. I asked for my $230.00 card back and they insist that they do not have my card. I have never felt so screwed in my life. Another tip for any shoppers. AT&T is not a good signal in our area. They cut out, give feedback and are nothing like Verizon . I will be perusing legal advice. They care when they sell you and when your a customer. Well - I better move on to the next move....

I dont even want to give them a star. Last month I was in and paid my bill. The guy who helped me took my cash and didnt give a receipt. Thats on me for not demanding one. Then this month I started getting calls from AT&T about how I didnt pay my bill. I told them what happened so corporate looked into it. Today they said they could not find my payment and would have to bring it up with the store. So I have been calling and calling and calling the store for the last 20 min and they cant even answer. I am not impressed.
Good Manager guy. Got a Razer Smartphone for Valentines day and they got me rolling switching over from Verizon. Much cheaper than Verizon too. Would recommend
