We’ve been frequenting the Bait Diamond Bar location for a couple of years. We prefer coming here vs other stores that sell similar products - as they have a great selection of anime figurines and other specialty items. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They’re very knowledgeable too. Highly recommend this establishment.

Went to the store at around 6pm and it was empty (as they closed at 7pm). Staff was very friendly and helpful and always came back to ask us if we needed anything. This store has an upstairs loft that houses shoes and two racks of shirts. Overall a good experience for it being my first time there, I would recommend this store to anyone that likes classic streetware or into colorful and detailed clothing.

Unique items! Great Ts and shoes

I contacted Bait via e-mail because the customer service number is a sham. I ordered several of the Bait X Gundam Universe items on 2-27-21 order #300292432. I emailed customer support that my items were showing that they were delivered on 3-10-2021 but were not at my apartment door when I arrived home after having my car serviced. I have since ordered 3 other items that I received yet a customer service representative has yet to reach out to me about my previous order. I had made 2 prior orders prior to the missing on and had received them without incident. I am very dissatisfied with their substandard customer service experience that I have received thus far.

Informative staff, always coo art and collabs. Street Fighter stuff upstairs, along w Vader helmet and Iron Man are dope.

Best shoe/lifestyle shop in the area. Go check out the custom art pieces, and grab some of that bait collaboration gear. The service here is excellent. the staff is very attentive, unlike some of the other BAIT stores ive been to. also, the selection of shoes are great--they had the air command force on sale for $120 a few weeks after it dropped.

Love this place. Great prices for items. Whole lot of sales all year long. Always got dope shoes,clothing,collectables,etc. Would really recommend for people who like hyped streetwear. Go here!

Spent $700 on their online store. Its been 4 months since my purchase and they still have not posted my order. I have tried to contact their support team but they keep giving me excuses. They basically stole $700 from me. Whatever you do dont shop here...

Boutique shop geared toward street-wear. Majority of stock is limited so dont expect them to carry every variant of shoes/clothing. Impressive collection of figurines and basketball memorabilia on display.

One of my favorite places to go to. The staff are friendly but every once and a while they are jerks. But they have a great selection of shoes and collectables. Also, theres a lot of accessories & backpacks they just recently started selling Aape By Bathing Ape.

I enjoyed this location and the selection it had available for shoes and clothing products. i used to come here more often back when it first opened but havent been in a while. i hope to come back to see what has changed and what has been added to the store as far as brands and styles now a days
