Small store located on Diamond Bar Blvd. Its facing the street/sidewalk, so this store is really easy to drive past it, and accidentally miss it. Its February, and guess what favorite? It is time for their seasonal valentines ice cream, Love Potion #31! Couldnt help myself and I bought 2 pint containers! Cashier was friendly, and welcoming!

I like baskin Robbins ice cream in general but I don’t think their brand or ice cream is getting better over the years at all. Especially with this store, every time I come I feel like the staff could care less and I’m just bothering them. Not the most friendly atmosphere is what I’m saying. But otherwise baskin Robbins is still tried and true.

The owner is usually there and hes good at remembering the regulars. When its staffed, the crew is always friendly as well. Great place to get a pint of icecream without all the stabilizers they put into modern, store-bought icecream.

Me and my family would go here mostly every Tuesday and the owner knows me and my family a lot and they greet us very politely and they know what flavors we like! I recommend going here because their ice creams are absolutely delicious and their cakes too! Plus u can tell them if u want an ice cream cake! 😊😋. But, overall I love this place soo much!! 💖

It definitely could have been better. Seemed like a sad day at the ice cream counter.

Every time I come here, Im greeted by the owner, working behind the counter. He is always friendly and cheerful, and provides excellent service! He always tries to upsell a little, offering two scoops instead of one, or offering a pre-packed pint from the freezer. I cant blame him, as business can be slow sometimes. He is very nice about it, and I will continue to come here when Im in the mood for a scoop!

Went to this location for the first time for a mocha Blast, but was told that there was no water to rinse the mixer. No running water in a place that serves food? There were at least two or three other parties there, all eating their ice cream, but they couldnt serve me because there was no running water? Sounds like a health code violation to me.

Having become friends with the owner, I cannot say enough superlatives about the service and quality of their products. I order there every birthday for our youngest daughter. And that also includes special holidays and family treats.

Love going to a local Baskin Robbins place, to enjoy a nice treat while having a super heatwave . The staff here are always friendly and always eager to let you try out flavors . Was happy they had some of my favorites in the pre-pack area . So my shopping was quick and easy this time.

If you buy two scoops of icecream you get a waffle cone. But if you order the icecream to go you have to pay for the cone. What kind of B.S. is that? This is what you get when you franchise to foreigners.
