My wife and child were traveling through town recently and our car had a service engine light come on. When I got to town, it was running rough, so I took it to Sax Motors hoping to have the engine codes read. Les B. did not hesitate to grab a code reader and helped me identify the problem, allowing me to get the car back on the road and back home quickly and safely. I appreciate Les efforts to help me out in a quick, friendly manner!!

A couple weeks ago our pickup broke down on our quick trip to Medora. Les at Sax jumped on it right away got parts ordered and the techs had out truck up and running in less than 4 days. A Big Thank You to Les and all the staff. Double thumbs up👍👍 to them for everything.

Wish I could rate them a -100. I called to inquire prices on a vehicle and was transferred to the sales department. Nobody answered. So I went to the actual dealership itself where I saw two men just talking and not doing anything. Walked inside and wasn’t greeted at all and when I tried to get help and wave someone down they rudely turned and kept taking. I then said “hello?” And the guy asked me “do you need something?” I then asked for someone else to help us and he laughed at me and said the other guy. Unprofessional. Not to mention he looked like he just came back from camping and not like he was trying to sell me a vehicle. His name was Travis. Do not recommend you go there.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I definitely would! DONT GO HERE! They screw you over on prices and do not honor their mistakes! They had my car listed for $16,995 In store And when I Went to go look at it it was posted for again $16,995 in the window they quick ripped the sign out of the window and proceeded to tell me that the car was being sold for $21,995 With much fighting and no negotiation on the mistake they had made we proceeded with the deal.. I had a car that trade in value on it was at least $8,000 and they told me they would give me $6,000 for it and they day of purchase told Me “so $5000 For The trade in” once again trying to rob me of money. After continually talking to them all they could tell me is that we are at cost we are at cost. I am now talking to others who have said that sax honored the messed up prices that they had made and have talked to numerous dealerships that said they would have honored the price. I am now upside down $10,000 And I will never stop telling people to NOT go to Sax motors! VERY DISPLEASED!! Should have told them to shove it..

From northern Minnesota on a Road trip to Montana. Truck broke down 40 miles outside Of Dickinson. Next morning I was waiting at the service door an hour before the mechanics start. Les got me in and out within 2 hours. Broken exhaust valve spring. Great job! Well taken car of!! Sales men let us test drive a new truck while waiting. Can’t say enough good things.

Our Chevrolet Duramax lit the check engine light while we were on a pheasant hunting trip in North Dakota, over 700 miles from home. I called Sax 1st thing Monday morning. The lady I talked to told me our Service Department is fully booked. Fortunately she let me talk to one of their service advisors, Lester. As we were 60 miles from Dickinson he suggested I see if the local NAPA could plug in and run the code causing the check engine light to come on. They did (thanks Bowman NAPA)It was 2 glo plugs out. Called Lester back. He checked their parts, which they had and asked how soon can I be up. 4 hours later the repair was done and I was on my wayTHANKS LESTER AND THANKS SAX SERVICE!

Parts department service is poor.Bought a headlight bulb from them. Due to their mistake it was the wrong bulb (I figured that out when I got everything apart, which, on Chevy Silverados, is not exactly easy). When I called parts about it they acted like I was imposing on them. No apology for the mistake, etc. Not a fan at all.In short, not the place to get the right part the first time, nor the place to get quality customer service.

Troy was able to scedule my service when it was convenient for me. I asked the guys to put the old tires in the back of the SRX, but Troy saw how clean the interior of my car was and refused to put the old tires inside. He asked me to come back later with my pickup and load the tires. Troy went above and beyond.
