This is the first time using this company and I am very displeased with them. My doctor wrote me a prescription for a nebulizer and it took 3 days for them to get it ok’d. When I finally called and was told it could not go through my Medicare until a RN came out. Which I let them know when I dropped off my prescription that my husband insurance was primary. When I called the lady told me that I did not have to get hateful and all I said was my husband insurance was primary and I let them know when I dropped off the prescription. She was very disrespectful and I will not recommend anyone to them. My parents have also had trouble with them. I am not one to write reviews but I fill people need to know about the treatment of there customers.

The staff was very responsive and knowledgeable to any questions I had. I feel they went out of their way to make sure I felt safe and comfortable with my equipment. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We have tried this place on 2 diff occasions and both time have screwed us over. If u want a good place call cornerstone inHowenwald. They will deliver it rite to you and don’t ask a month later for u to pay for the stuff.

I’ve not had any of my supplies delivered in almost 2 months and my mask doesn’t fit right so it’s tearing my face up non stop. They knew it didn’t fit right when they gave it to me and just laughed it off acting like I could help that I have a unique face shape. This place sucks.

These guys are a rip off,,,They offer you only a rental plan for CPAP machines where the insurance pays for the full retail price of the machine and bill you montly for their 100% profitThey falsely indicate that that is the only option offered by your insurance co.I would give them a negative 10
