Incredible find in Dillon Montana. My salesperson was so helpful; she actually knew what each fabrics function was and which situation it was for. I unfortunately didnt get her name, but she is a little older with a long ponytail and glasses! It is rare to find someone as knowledgeable about what they are selling, and tries to make sure that your purchase is exactly what you need, not just selling you the most expensive!

The Patagonia Outlet in Dillon is a bright spot in our Idaho and Montana travels that I almost can’t explain.

Arrogant corporate store. Very non-Montana! Also, no public restrooms with a sign that says “Our bathrooms and water stations are closed to ensure a safe shopping experience.” Can someone from Patagonia explain how it’s safer to send customers to a neighboring business?

In June 2021, just about the last place in Montana clinging to the mask mandate. Not sure of the logic. I suppose if this shop was the only place in Montana a person visited in a fortnight, that person would feel protected. So, great place for the hypothetical person to shop.

Totally unexpected to find in Dillon Montana. The best and most current of Patagonia gear and clothing. Everything points to Patagonia being a very socially responsible company. Also great deals on last years overruns.

Ok, it’s an outlet so you dont expect to find the full range of goods, but unless youre a very small or very large human there is no reason to stop here. Prices are also all over the board, including many things that are selling at full retail price. Even the discount prices are nothing special, online sales are just as good. There is no signage on the racks identifying them as men’s, womens, or childrens, so for the things that arent obviously one style you have to look at an individual item tag to see who its for. The staff largely ignore the customers, not that i need much but generally in most stores they at least greet you in some fashion. I like Patagonia’s gear and mission but this place was surprisingly disappointing on all fronts.

Just ordered some items from the Patagonia Outlet and had the most friendly and helpful person to work with. Wish I had caught her name but she checked several items for me and could not have been more helpful.

Best Patagonia store. Period. The prices cant be beat here and the selection is always amazing for both new and past season/irregular items. Was greeted by a mask enforcer with a terrible attitude. I would never purchase from a company who treats its customers this way. My wife even had a mask already and they associate tried to make her wear a different one! Very poor experience.

What an amazing shop. The sale that day was worth standing in line for. Only a handful of people in the store at a time. The Pandemic has put a damper on everything we do.

Patagonia first off is my favorite company on the planet. I dream to work for them or with them one day, but for now I am a loyal customer and advocate. This outlet though is a hidden gem of beauty, I was able to score a coat I’ve wanted for years for literally 75% off because of a small patch. It is my favorite coat. I definitely happened to be there at the right time and was able to catch a sale on the first day. But I found some awesome stuff.They also carry a much larger quantity of what is available online. The store is pretty large and so they have all the work wear clothing as well as all of their active wear and athletic apparel.

Good deals on good clothes, but they had a 50% off red tag sale and didnt inform us until checkout.

Always bustling during Ratpod weekend. I think it is incredible that they are part of the registration each year. They have a wide range of clothes too and you can find some amazing deals on flawed pieces. Of all the items I have purchased here, I still cant find where the flaw is. The staff is always friendly here and they have an inviting atmosphere for all patrons.

Attended a gathering here for Montana Wilderness Associations Southwest Chapter last night.. its very lovely for this facility to graciously host community gatherings such as this. Of course the store is full of wonderful stuff, and I did see some good deals.

Patagonia in Dillon houses some of the sweetest people I have ever met. After mentioning this specific store in my book, they kindly and graciously gave me a free coat while I was traveling through Montana on a walkabout.I will be forever grateful and gracious to this fantastic store and I recommend that anyone stops here if they need some of the best and most renewable clothing on the planet.

Awesome little store! Easy to find, decent selection on gear, helpful staff. Theyre sales section always seems to be worth digging through. Their gear prices are marked down considerably, but Id still recommend going during one of their store-wide sales.

This used to be an outlet -- a fun, funky, overstuffed bonanza of great product and great buys. Now it has one-tenth the product, presented like a regular store and mostly NOT outlet products and NOT good prices. I have a lot of Patagonia in my kit, but its been a long time since the price to benefit ratio made it worthwhile to add to my inventory.

Definitely worth a stop! Super friendly staff and great selection for an outlet store.

I dont normally buy expensive clothes, but I came here for this big sale for some snowmobiling clothes. They were cheaper than wal mart! I have worn the jacket all year and it still looks brand new! Come to their sale if you want to see value!

Was in the store for at least 15 min. None of the 3 females asked if we needed help. When we were leaving a young man asked ifwe were doing okay. No other customers in the store. I wont be going back.

I got caught up in a crazy sale and somehow misplaced a hat that my daughter had fallen in love with. I called to see if they could find it. I was called the next day when it was found and was even offered to have it shipped for free! Wonderful customer service and great products!

Found some cute baby clothes for a great deal! Better than anywhere online.

Prices not great and selection is limited to drab colors and mostly XXS and XS sizes. Better prices, colors, and sizes available from multiple other Patagonia retailers online. A third of the clothing in the store is displayed on racks that are hung so far up on the wall that, unless youre 6 tall, its impossible to reach. The sales ladies say to just ask them to get the items down, but what an inconvenience this display design is to both shoppers and store workers alike.

Always a great stop when traveling. Usually some great deals to be had. Great service.

What can I say? Awesome gear for a huge discount and NO sales tax in Montana! Love Dillon.

I had contact and assistance with 3 employees. They were all great. I had never bought Patagonia clothing because I was unsure of sizing and costs. Many people on wildland fires recommended the coats and jackets, so I bought a light jacket and a warmer jacket on sale at the Dilllon Outlet. I put it on immediately and it felt so light and WARM! They are great for fire camp and the woods.

Patagonia has some of the nicest people ever that work at this store. Plus their products are great, high quality.

It’s adequate for purchasing Patagonia products. But I don’t see any real deals when I’m in there. Patagonia is not cheap.

Prices of the products have been increasing for many years, hardly discounted. The origional prices seem so high that items discounted are still outrageous.. sorry I waisted the time looking..

Words cannot express how awesome it is to walk in and get 75% off the finest clothing line in the world. Jackets, shorts, swimsuits to snowsuits, the deals are unbeatable.

Busy with decent selection. Both outlet items and new arrivals. I had a hard time finding anything my size though, so be aware of visiting near the end of a sale.

Fun to check out. Prices are just OK if you are a medium size. If you are XS or XL you can get great deals!
