Typical small town hardware store. Employees seem to more concerned about taking a smoke break than helping customers with their projects. Overpriced & underperforming. NOT 1 MASK IN THE WHOLE STORE, EVEN THE EMPLOYEES!

Rude help! After going in several times over multiple years the outcome is always the same. There are plenty of employees who are rude, do not want to wait on customers, and just want to stand at the front counter and talk to each other.

The customer service at this store is terrible. From the store owner down to the cashier. The cashier had no idea what was going on and employees were standing around, not willing to help. The owner was not willing to help, since business hours were near closing, even though we had called 45 minutes in advance. Once we got there, he asked that we return the next day for service, instead. Their prices were also nearly double those of a nearby Ace used the week before. We will not be using their services again.
