I went around 8 am and it was super busy i had to cancel my mobile order and get my money back because they were very behind. I suggest ordering before 7am when its not so busy

Dinuba Starbucks is great, the only thing is ! That is takes forever for your drinks! And more in the drive through, I mean 1 hour wait? Come on.

Extremely nice, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else for my coffee needs and set in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I was there in the PM on a Sunday night.

I really enjoyed being served this morning by a young gentleman, didnt catch his name but he was so polite and got my order correct. You need more of him as opposed to some of the girls that work there who can be rude at times. Have a great day sir it was refreshing to have some nice positive attirude

This is why I always second think I’m coming to this specific Starbucks because they take forever ! One hour to get my drink ! And I was in the drive through! So so so long. I can even come early in the morning before work bf ik it takes one hour just to get my drink. UNACCEPTABLE

Sometimes this place is good sometimes its not. The lines are so long. One day I went and they had 2 employees outside cleaning one window. Management needs to step up there game. It dont take 2 people to clean one window. No wonder the lines are so long.

It can get really slow, but the staff are always very friendly. My friend explains this by saying the staff train here and then work at higher trafficked Starbucks in the big cities nearby. I highly recommend ordering via mobile during high-traffic times. Has a Pokéstop. Nearly all of the sandwiches are in stock all the time.

Went to the Starbucks in Dinuba and despite them being out of certain items it was fine. I had expiring points and the batista picked out a perfect cup when I ordered in the drive through.

Venti chocolate iced coffee with almond milk with three shots of expresso with no ice big time rip off no not only cause it’s low but mainly cause they didn’t put my pimple of vanilla and the chocolate powder they shake in there I had this drink yesterday Same place this just not what I had yesterday and it was not this height it was lower with ice today!!! After I said no ice I ordered online so I know what I put and can go back at look at what I ordered I told her I asked for no ice she took it and removed the ice I thanked her and left I wasn’t about to complain about the other stuff just cause I’m not that type of person to be complaining I deal with that kinda stuff at work so I know what it’s like but if my drink is going to be that low I expect it to be with no ice and the other ingredients I paid please and thank you will still be going back but I hope they give me what I paid for next time maybe she didn’t know what to put cause there wasn’t a sticker label they usually always put

The local starbucks! Good place to hangout and be quiet! I do not mind tye atmosphere most of the time. Although on some days the crowd is a bit offensive and obviously involved in some sort of scheme or scam, its hard to keep away. I really like the staff and overall give it two stars.

Quick and accurate .

Staff is friendly and communicative but the drive-thru seriously needs to be streamlined. I had enough time to type this out and Ive been in line for over 30 minutes now. I wouldnt have written this review but every experience Ive had at this location has been consistent.

As far as the Starbucks goes, this one leaves you wanting nothing. The staff is friendly. Staff is also very attractive. The staff is also incredibly polite. All the drinks are made perfectly. If someone accidentally takes your drink as which happened tonight, the staff accommodates You by making you another drink free of charge. Starbucks is immaculate. This Starbucks smells fresh and clean. Every single light is functional. The restroom smells clean and even the grout was scrubbed. Every single person working this shift was outstanding, and not a single detail was missed.

Asked for no foam and got a ton BUT I fixed it and the staff was SUPER nice so all good.Im adding to my review...I am temporarily working in the area and I love the staff here. Im away from my family and these folks have become my Starbucks family. Great place, great people!

The drive thru is almost always busy, but it moves at a decent rate. Whenever I go inside the service is always fantastic and the staff is always very friendly and willing to satisfy your needs. Love the environment 💙

Slowest service ever, its rare when Im out of there in under 25 minutes when theres about 2 people ahead of me. Pretty consistent on taste, coffee is good, teas are good but to be honest I avoid going to this location most of the time. Im often better off driving to Visalia, Ill get it faster.

Its a decent Starbucks. What makes it somewhat cut above the rest are the Barristas, theyre kind and provide great customer service. Props to them.

This is the best Starbucks I have visited, and I have been to many stores. Their bartistas still make the best coffees. Most of the staff is very kind and accommodating..and if for some reason your coffee is made wrong or you do not like it they will fix it on the spot for you.There is no need to get upset, drive, walk away unhappy...the staff is more than happy to help make your day brighter. They go out of their way to do so for customers...I have seen this and experienced it even if my day was not going well.

You need to control your lines that are way too long the drive-thru. If you do not understand what Im talking about, you need to go ask in and out how they do it. Thank you.

I always get great service. There is usually a long line at the drive thru, so I order online now and just walk in, my drinks are ready and go. The drinks are always consistently good and everyone always seems happy.

My experience here was meh, got the order right, but kinda on the slow side. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time or whats considered fast out here isnt all that fast. I would have hate to of been there when they were kind of busy. Overall just another Starbucks, nothing exciting or spectacular.

How can you not like this place and its little perks. Strong Coffee has helped me out while traveling and for work many of times.

Always busy and always long waits parking is horrible and the drive threw is no better. Staff is freindly but defently not fast. Shop is small and seating is minimal. Location offers out door sitting but very uncomfortable during the summer months.

On Friday, September 8, 2017 7:00 p.m. I ordered a drink and it took almost 20 minutes with very few people in the store to get my drink... I will give the servers a plus for the their attitude and kindness but their speed is definitely an F...a minus for urgency.

My favorite coffee place . So nice and polite the employess are so sweet every single person greets me as soon as i walk in and have my order ready id rather come here then visit any other coffee place

I waited more than 40 mins for drink and saw at least 6 people who had come in after me leave before me with their drinks. Finally the cashier who helped me noticed that Id been there a while and checked on my drink. None of the other staff had even bothered to ask if Id received my drink yet. They just kept their heads down and kept turning away quickly once they left the newest drink on the counter so I couldnt flag anyone down and ask about my drink. I will say however, that Cynthia (the cashier who took my order) did make sure it was made correctly and promptly after she checked on me and did apologize for the wait. The rest of the staff needs to be trained how to keep drinks in the proper order in which they were placed. One associate was stacking the cups and getting them all out of order.

The coffee is great and it is also clean I loved it to me it is a five-star

Their overall service is good. The only thing I would comment on is I found that when going thru the Drive Through it takes a bit longer, in comparison with the other SB drive throughs in the area. When going through a drive through I dont feel you should have to wait longer than when you get off to order inside.

Well its starbucks so thats where the stars stop when im leaving my moms house in squaw valley i always stop at the dinuba starbucks and while the drinks are on par with most starbucks... the service is seriously lacking expect to spend about 20-25 min. Just in the drive thru then if they get your order wrong expect another 10 min. Just waiting inside to talk to someone...

Not sure whats going on new manager new workers?? but had to change from 5 star to 1 star so sad used to be awesone. So sad they have the nicest employees but for spne reasonmy drinks that are hot always 3/4 full at best wont be back ever again !! And Corporate just as bad they never answer your emails guess our World of I D G A S anymore.

Very friendly Starbucks. If you have a choice between this one and the one in Reedley, definitely stop by at this one instead. Parking isnt very great, and getting in can be tough, but the staffs upbeat personality will keep you happy. That and they wont mess up your drink haha

There was only one person ahead of me who got a frappacino and a pastry. I ordered at 11:56 and didn’t get my drink till 12:05. 4 people working and the girl who took my order was making mocha sauce. So I had to wait for one person out of the 4 to make my drink. I watched as they chit chat and talked and took their time. I’m used to seeing hustlers at Starbucks but this store has none. As a former Barista for this company I am disappointed at this store.

The location looked clean and employees greeted me kindly. I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. About 3 minutes later I received my sandwich and was still waiting for my coffee. I waited about 6 more minutes until I finally asked if my coffee was ready. Turns out they made it but forgot to call me. They apologized so that was okay, however, next time you see someone just standing there you might wanna ask them if they need assistance or something. Its not like I sat down and looked content. I noticed they got another womans order wrong too. I think their problem is they are all chit chatting away and forget they are at WORK.
