My hearing aid stopped working, and they got me in as soon as possible for a check. Seems they need to return it to the factory for service. I will be without it for a few weeks, but thats better than not having it at all. They did all they could to make it work.

I had a great experience with Connect Hearing. Very happy with my Bluetooth ear buds that are rechargeable (so no batteries) and they are connected to my phone where I can choose directional sounds. Super!

I have been working with Dr. Lauren Wingard at Connect Hearing in Dixon for a couple of months now. The kindness shown to our 93 year old Mom is worth its weight in gold. Consideration is given for Moms finances and looking for the best fit to meet her needs. I actually wrote Dr. Wingard a personal thank you after our last visit. She makes dealing with the issue not so cumbersome. I enjoy the smiles and kindness shown by both Dr. and receptionist Gail.

When dealing with a new company, one might always have doubts. But I found Connect Hearing to be wonderful and Dr. Wingard exceeded all my expectations. Not only was she knowledgeable and very professional but she was also concerned with my overall hearing health and referred me back to my ENT. She showed interesting in me personally which I found very refreshing. Kudos also to her secretary, Gayle. Three cheers. 👏👏👏

Moved to this nice town recently and needed to find someone to service my hearing aids. Another place wanted me to get new hearing aids, but John at Connect Hearing did a free hearing test and cleaned the units I currently have turns out they were not broken just had a wax build up.

These professionals have serviced our elderly relatives hearing aids after we moved her up several years ago. Lately her aids have showed their age. We have been greeted warmly each visit. Jordan even shared her grammas banana bread yesterday. NUM!
