I am really satisfied with the experience I have had with Terri Optics, the staff are really friendly and they really want to make your experience enjoyable and the best possible. They also worked great with me to find glasses that would fit my budget, being super understanding with my needs and my limitations as I am an international student, and it was a pleasure to shop with them. Moreover, their COVID-19 safety measures are great, they dont allow many people in the shop to allow for social distancing and they have a good setting which allows for sanitary practices by both the staff and the customers. I definitely recommend going there if you ever need glasses, an eye exam or anything related to vision, and I will definitely return next time I am in need of new glasses!

During the Pandemic I ordered new eyeglass lenses from Terri Optics by mailing them to the store. Teresa and Marianna were very responsive and updated me along the way. They also recommended non-prescription blue tech lenses which have made my life at the computer easier now that I am working from home. Thank you Terri Optics!

They cater to each individual perfectly and really care about their clients. Marianna was EXCEPTIONAL and and help me pick out two pairs of glasses that I absolutely love. I love everything about Terri optics especially for kids glasses! My daughter Kaylee got four pairs of exceptionally durable stylish glasses that she loves to pair with all kinds of fun outfits. The selection and customer service was great especially from Marianna ❤️Furthermore they have an awesome selection of fun Maui Jim’s and if you haven’t tried those there is no sun glass quite so wonderful !

I have been using Terri Optics since about 2010. It is the only place I will ever go for my eye exams and glasses. The doctors are kind, patient, have a great sense of humor, and are just all around welcoming and set you at ease. The opticians and frame stylist are next to none. They will take the time to sit with you to find the perfect frame for you without making you feel rushed or like you are wasting their time. I must have at least 10 pairs of prescription glasses and 15 pairs of sunglasses from Terri Optics. I recently went to Vermont for the weekend and left my sunglasses at home and had to purchase a pair from an upscale clothing store. Needless to say those $100 sunglasses are now in the garbage. Maybe I’m spoiled but in my opinion nothing can compare to the quality of service and the quality of goods you can get from Terri Optics. And I can’t bite my tongue here, as for the person who complained they had a bad experience, all of there reviews are bad experiences. If everywhere you go, people are rude and disappointing, maybe it’s not them.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had getting glasses and contacts. Everyone there is knowledgeable, supportive and thorough. Marianna gives great recommendations for frames. I absolutely love mine!

I have been wearing glasses my entire life and have never had such a good experience as I have had at terri optics. Dr who performed my exam was very patient and really explained everything. I love the frames they helped me chose and the lenses came out so nice and thin even though I know I have a very high prescription. I would definitely recommend terri optics to anyone.

I love Terri Optics. They’re professional, friendly and, though I’m not an eye doctor so take my opinion with a grain of salt, I think they do a good job. They work with my insurance, which always helps.The only down side, and this the 4 star rating, is they have “Westchester pricing”. What that means is they’re expensive. I’ve been going to them for a few years now, so it’s not a deal breaker, but be warned because they won’t give you a good deal.

I tried Terri Optics because it was a local business and I wanted somewhere convenient. The exam seemed to go well and we spent an age choosing my tint. I was very clear that I needed glasses not for driving (because I dont drive) but for seeing my computer (I work online) and that varifocals were no good to me. I pointed this out several times. Sadly, when I picked up my glasses, I got the exact reverse of what Id requested. My distance vision was OK but trying to read close up, things were out of focus and made me feel dizzy. Not only were the lenses wrong, but the tint also was. I explained the problem and they said they understood and promised to fix it. The assistant also spent a long time trying to persuade me to buy expensive add-ons which I repeatedly reassured her I didnt want. Very disappointingly, when I returned to try the glasses a second time, the problem had not been fixed - the glasses were still unusable. Rather than waste any more of my time and money, I left and went to another practice in the city - where I received professional service and no harassment to buy extras. They got my prescription right first time and gave me exactly what I asked for. Shame Terri Optics were incapable of doing the same.

My family has been coming to Terri Optics since we moved to the area in 2001. My children come here for glasses and eye checkups and we love the doctors and love the frames. Their service is excellent, they try very hard to help with insurance and are always available to make adjustments or fix little problems. Great locally-owned business we are proud to support.

Such a wonderful kitschy local glasses boutique with a friendly and client focused staff and an affable eye doctor. Its open design, high-end feel and accessible location make a visit here very enjoyable. Stay local like I did with a multi-time Best of Westchester Award winner.

The best old fashion customer service, they are so nice. The prices are a little high but you cant beat the positive vibe they give to all that enter this establishment.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I came in to have my glasses adjusted and was told my glasses dont “fit” my face. When I asked for her recommendation she then repeated the phrase with attitude. Would not recommend anyone waste their time here unless you like being judged on a Monday afternoon 🤷🏼‍♀️
