The lesson Ive learned in dealing with Auto Zone, make SURE you know what you need, because they will give you what you ask for!
Guy sold an upgraded part. What should have been $6 turned into $20. Plus needed to borrow a tool to fix the problem quickly and was rude about it.
Older gentleman was VERY helpful and friendly with my battery replacement. I wish I remembered his name.

Coco, juju, t-money, and the whole commercial department go 100 extra miles for people and never get the true thanks they deserve. They are truly the best of the best. I have not yet went to another location and got the same service. They need to train other stores on proper customer service. They are my go to for life.

I went to get a battery recharged that I bought from another AutoZone about 14 months ago. Was told it would take 1.5 hrs. I came back 3hrs later to pick it up. Put it back in my car and the thing was STILL DEAD.Took it back and the employee said he charged it himself and it was fine. He proceeded to connect it to the the tester improperly by putting the + on the - terminal, then quickly corrected himself.After about 5 mins he said hell just swap it with one off the shelf.... which worked fine when I put it in my car. The swap should have been done in the first place.
Gave it 3 stars because One of the men that works there is Awesome...the man and woman that works there on Sunday is very useless, not to sound harsh but why work there if you can not help or continue to say you do not know anything to my questions.? So therefore i had to spend more money to figure it out myself with no real assistance.

Unfortunately, we had to go to two locations to get everything I needed. I called before I went. I needed brake pads and rotors. I was told by the manager that they had what I needed. When I arrived, they had the rotors, but not the pads. They phoned another location for the pads which they had.I asked the manager for 20% off on the total for my inconvenience. She offered me 10% off on my next purchase. Are you kidding? I wasted time and gas. And thats the best you can do? Not very happy ☹😠😡🤬Dont feel like I was treated like a loyal customer. 10% off on my NEXT purchase? Not sure if there will be a next purchase.
They forgot my tire plug last time & they left paper in my. We with the date I came I. For oil cut & did not tell me that I had a cracked antifreeze reservoir. If i had not sensed to look under my hood my engine could have locked up or still could have a problem. Because you dont pay that $9.99 inspection fee. I guess they feel they r not obligated to tell u anything. Tell me if u think that is caring about u coming back or should I be blasting them on social media how they handle customer service.

I went there to get a new battery. The worker took out my old battery and put in a new battery. There was a little difficulty getting the old battery out but it was successful.

The people who work here need to take time and see how professional people work at the store in Lansing Il off of Torrence St.. This store on sibly, in Dolton is bad. They are rude sale you the wrong item. Huff when you bring it back. Slow, talk on the cell phone. While having you wait. Dont go unless you have to.
