Baddest service I ever had I recommend that you never go to them they just want your money I waited almost 3 hours to get my radio fixed an it still didn’t work

Mauricio was very knowledgeable and professional. He clearly enjoys what he does and thats apparent through his work.

The guys in this shop are tops at what they do, but stay clear of the owner at all cost. Without being knowledgeable concerning the inventory in his store, it seems that his only interest is to push the top lined products. In addition his customer service skills are lacking.

I had problems with my 81 Corvette & 91 Cadillac. My alarms were draining my battery and wasnt allowing my cars to start. They diagnose the problems in very little time explained the problems to me and gave me their recommendations. On the Cadillac I installed a new system, they were able to fix the system on the Corvette.Their prices are very reasonable. I recommend them highly. I love having appointments which was scheduled for 12:00 to have my remote starter but they started working on it at 1:20 !!! So far its running smoothly.

Broke my 2 year old lcd remote control for car. Went in bought a new lcd remote and had it install in 15 minutes. I surprised that they still had it in stock. Very good.

Back in November 2015 (the week of Thanksgiving) I brought my car into this business to have an automatic starter installed. After my install the vinyl panel on the driver side continued to pop out, obstructing my view while driving. I brought my car back to the Dolton, IL location to have them to fix the vinyl panel. I have ended up coming back to this location at least 7-8 times since my initial visit in November 2015 to have the SAME issue resolved. I have spoken to both Jason & Dan each time I have had to bring my car back in to have the vinyl panel fixed. Jason finally recognized that the reason that panel keeps popping out is because the clip is broken. Whomever removed the panel during the installation, they broke the clip in the process. At the end of May 2016 I suggested to Jason that I go to the Toyota Dealership (since my car is a 2004 Toyota Solara) to have them to replace the panel & then Mobile Concepts could just reimburse me. Jason declined my suggestion, then suggested that they (Mobile Concepts) order me a new vinyl panel & replace it. Well today is July 5th & I still have not received the phone call that I can come back to have them to install this panel. Every time I call I either get a person by the name of Mauricio or Dan & they keep telling me that the part has been ordered (over a month ago), but still has not come in yet. My last conversation was with Dan on Thursday, June 30th, 2016. He assured me that he would check to see the status of the panel & that he would call me by no later than 12 noon on Friday, July 1st, 2016. I NEVER heard from Dan on July 1st. I am so frustrated with this company at this point! This is utterly ridiculous & I will NOT ever bring my car back to this business! All I want is for my vinyl panel to be replaced ASAP! This has become a horrible experience!

Great fast service.

Had my alarm installed here. Was quoted one price, came back the next week to be quoted a price about $150 higher. Had to bring my car back multiple times because the alarm kept on malfunctioning.
