When I frost came in and the roof was leaking I should have turned around and walked out but I did not, unfortunately it went downhill from then on!!! I purchased the Xr, paid cash for it $388.99 plus activation fee of $25.00 . To my horror tie sales Clerk could not turn on phone. She informed me I had to wai 72 hrs before I could get my phone. I lace never heard of such a thing! The phone was paid for and she tells me I had to wait until Tuesday to get my phone. So I told her to cancel the transaction. She said on the Finance Dept could make that call! So here it Wednesday and spoke Randy, he say that I might wait....another 24 hrs!!! I am at my wits-end!!!!!!!This what I get for shopping. In the Hood.!!!!
